Paper goods play a big role in setting the tone for your wedding–from the color palette, to the typography, to the words you choose to invite guests to your celebration. That’s why we’re pleased to introduce you to South Carolina-based designer Laurie Louis, who designs lovely, classic invitations by pulling inspiration from your wedding venue. We have a feeling her pieces will hang on your guests’ fridges well after your big day!

Laurie doesn’t just create paper goods for the mailbox–she serves as a one-stop shop for everything you need on the day of your wedding. Programs, menus, table numbers, escort cards…she’s got you covered! She ensures your paper goods stay beautifully unified by threading your classic wedding style through each piece she designs.

But here’s the best part, y’all. Not only does Laurie create the perfect paper suite tailored to your wishes and desires, but she can also address, stamp, and mail the goods for you (we know your writing hand just let out a sigh of relief)!

How I got into weddings: My best friend’s sister got married early on in my career and was asked to do the bridesmaid dresses. After saying no a number of times, I was finally convinced and the rest is history! My first wedding took place in a barn in the mountains of NC. The dresses were a beautiful persimmon orange. It was a great way to get my start in the bridesmaid world!

When you’re planning a wedding, it very quickly becomes apparent how many different paper goods you can include in your big day. Beyond the standard save the dates and invitations, you may be on the hunt for “will you be my bridesmaid” cards, custom maps, welcome letters, menus, programs, place cards, favor tags, and so on and so forth. South Carolina-based designer Laurie Louis specializes in creating all of the above and more, especially if your wedding has a specific theme!

Laurie draws tons of inspiration from your wedding venue–a few of her favorite aesthetics to design around are rustic, nautical, coastal, and vineyard-inspired. Every paper suite is custom-designed for each event to make sure it’s a perfect representation of the look and feel you’re going for. Best of all, she’s a one-stop shop for all of your paper goods, from the save the dates all the way through the reception details, so all of your paper materials will look lovely and cohesive.

Schedule a consultation with Laurie Louis here, and if you book her for your wedding by February 15, you’ll receive free computerized envelope addressing (yay for saving time and hand cramps)!. You can also follow along with her work on Facebook and Instagram.
