Southern Weddings Weekly Round-Up

by in Main on

Happy weekend, friends! It’s hard to believe that the end of April is here–temperatures in North Carolina are already hinting at the hot Southern summer to come! You won’t hear any complaints from around these parts, though, because there is SO much to look forward to in the months ahead, from traveling to some parts of the South we’ve never been to before for V9 editorial shoots, to sitting on the porch to brainstorm new Southern Weddings Shop products, to leisurely weekends spent with our beaus. Sounds pretty wonderful, if you ask me!

Happy April, y’all! Although this week has been uncharacteristically chilly for North Carolina’s spring standards, we are blessed to live in the South, where it is beautiful no matter the temperature! I got to take advantage of the year-round beauty by taking a fun field trip to the WRAL Azalea Gardens this week for a mini shoot filled with sweet details and the prettiest blooms (keep an eye out for the results soon!). These gardens served as a lovely reminder of the wonderful place we live–the South is certainly one-of-a-kind. Share how you remind yourself of the beauty that is the South on Instagram, using the hashtag #DelightfulSpring! We can’t wait to hear from you!
