Y’all are in for a real treat! While we Southern Weddings ladies pick the confetti out of our hair and revel in the amazingness that we were able to celebrate with so many of y’all last night at the launch party, you get to enjoy this super fun wedding! Before I gush over all the goodness, I have to say that Kristin Vining, the photographer of this gorgeous soirée, and I share a common bond. Both of our darling husbands actually played on the same baseball team in Charlotte, though sadly, at different times! I’m tickled to know her!

Now to gush over Rachel + Zack’s day. Lisa and I kept looking at the photos and saying how fun this wedding looked! Maybe it’s R + Z’s outlook on life: “We want to live like the world is our playground, even though the farm will always be home.” Or maybe its’s that Rachel’s outlook on flowers: “go big, or go home” (my personal theory on hair and eyelashes). Either way, we can’t help but smile when we scroll through this wedding!

Big hugs to Kristin for sharing it with us!

We were so honored to have LulaKate outfit us for the Launch Party–we didn’t want to take our fun frocks off! I imagine these gals felt the same way!

For flowers, we used the concept “go big, or go home.” My bouquet was a monster, but an insanely gorgeous monster. I wanted peonies, and a whole lot of them. Our florist spared no expense at making each table feel lush, with the most beautiful flowers. My mother and my grandmother have always loved flowers, and we managed to knock even their socks off. I will never regret our flower budget.

Did you decide to do a “first look”? Why or why not? Absolutely. We wanted to have some time together prior to all the craziness, and this was the perfect opportunity to do so. Also, we wanted to have the majority of the pictures out of the way prior to the ceremony, so were free to party with our guests after we became husband and wife.
Did you write your own vows? If so, what was your favorite phrase, verse or line? We decided to do traditional vows, and we were very happy with that choice.

Gah, they look like they are having so much fun!

Tell us about some of the songs you used throughout your wedding and why you chose them. We walked down the aisle to “Marry Me.” I have loved this song since the day it came out and found it fitting to walk down the aisle too. We walked back up the aisle to “Signed, Sealed, and Delivered.” We wanted it to be fun and peppy (plus, we wanted to lighten the mood and start the party!).

What Southern details or traditions did you include in your celebration? What was Southern about your wedding? My groom is Southern to the core. He was raised in tobacco fields and hog farms. While our venue was modern and I fancy myself a lover of all things city, the food was a nod to the South, with good ole shrimp and grits, chicken tenders, ham biscuits, etc.

Our favorite detail of the wedding was: I would probably say the overall design. I know that encompasses a ton of details, but a good design was what made all the “itty bitty” details happen. I think having a design board to work from (courtesy of Katrina, our planner) and to provide to all the vendors was one thing that made our wedding unique. Every detail fell into our overall design. There was an “image” or “look” we were going for, and I think it was achieved in the end.

Describe your wedding cake or dessert. Why have one cake when you can have three? We had three wedding cakes, all with different flavors. The cakes were absolutely amazing and one of the focal points of the wedding.

How did y’all meet? Tell us your love story. We met during our first year of college at North Carolina State University. One of my sorority sisters was having a party at her house and she was hoping to introduce me to one of her male friends from her hometown. Upon arriving to the party, I immediately knew that there was no connection between myself and the gentleman that she had “picked out” for me. Instead, a dark-haired, tall fellow wearing a pink polo shirt had caught my eye. We spent the night getting to know one another and exchanged numbers at the end of the evening. Zack called the next day to invite me to a movie, but I was too studious to ditch class, so I turned down his offer. Luckily, he didn’t get scared off too easily and invited me to lunch at a little Italian restaurant the next week. After a wonderful lunch and a kiss on the cheek goodbye, I called my mom and told her that he was the one. The rest is history.
Tell us all about the proposal! Zack proposed Christmas Day of 2010. After spending the day with family and friends, we were purportedly headed back to my uptown Charlotte apartment that I was living in at the time, but instead, we made a wrong turn. Before I knew what was happening, we were turning into the Ritz Carlton. Zack said we were stopping just to have a few drinks, which I didn’t think to be unusual, so I got out of the car and proceeded inside without any suspicions of what was coming. From there, I learned we were not only going to have a couple of drinks, but we were also spending the night. After checking into our room and coming back down to grab drinks, I noticed the staff to be more than attentive than usual and very chatty. I just assumed everyone was in the Christmas spirit! What I didn’t know at the time was that our suite upstairs was being turned into a candle-filled space that would become the scene of our engagement. At one point, I was so tired that I begged Zack to take me back to the room, but he kept stalling. I think he walked me around every inch of the hotel. Finally, when he allowed me to go back to the room, I opened the door to find more candles than I had ever seen in one place in my life, and out of my peripheral vision, I saw a little box on the corner of the bed. Before I had time to process what was happening, my love was down on one knee popping the question. Of course, I said a resounding YES. I should add to this story that throughout all of this, it was snowing. Yes, snowing in the South on Christmas. It was a breathtaking view looking over the candles in our room to the window of one of the top floors of the Ritz Carlton to see the snow falling outside.
When did y’all get married? April 13, 2013
How many friends, family members, and loved ones attended your wedding? About 200
Tell us about finding your wedding dress. Finding my wedding dress was easy, as I found it on the very first day we went dress shopping. I had seen a picture of the dress in a magazine and found a place in Charlotte, North Carolina that carried it. Upon trying it on, I knew it was the one, but allowed myself to try on a few others and go to one other bridal boutique. By the end of the same day, my mom and I were back at the first store buying my dress and the beautiful sash to go with it.
What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome while planning your wedding? During the wedding planning, I transitioned from law student to new lawyer. My time was so consumed with my career that I felt like the wedding was going to be put on the back burner. By hiring a wedding planner, I was able to let someone else make sure all the details were accounted for and all the i’s were dotted and t’s crossed.
If you are comfortable responding, what range did your wedding budget fall into? $50,000-$75,000
What is the one detail or vendor that you were so happy to have as a part of your wedding? There are actually three people that I could not have done without: my planner, my photographer, and my hair/make-up artist (who also did the fashion styling). They were the perfect trifecta. Together, they made my day absolute perfection (at least in my eyes).
What was your most memorable moment about your wedding day? The one thing I will never forget is rounding the corner of the aisle and seeing Zack standing at the end with tears running down his face. It was at that moment that everyone and everything else slipped to the back of my mind and I was focused on getting to Zack and becoming his wife.
What advice do you have for folks currently planning a wedding? I believe going at it alone is a HUGE mistake. I think hiring a good team is essential to having your day go seamlessly and having peace of mind that all hands are on deck to take care of the details. It is worth the extra money to have less stress in the long run.
What’s next for you as a couple? What are you most looking forward to about married life? As a married couple, we want to live like the world is our playground, even though the farm will always be home. We want to sneak in as many vacations as possible prior to starting a family. We also look forward to building our very first home in Eastern North Carolina.

Happy Halloween! Can y’all believe it’s the last day of October? Remember, November means the launch of V6, so hurry up and place your preorder and/or RSVP to our fabulous launch party!

We are so excited to share today’s wedding because Katherine is a longtime SW reader! With her sweet spirit and bubbly personality, we’re not surprised that her wedding to Matt was so lively and colorful. I love the heart she put into planning every detail, but my favorite thing about Katherine and Matt’s big day is her most memorable moment–when the fact that she was getting married that day really hit her. It brought a few tears to my eyes because it was such an authentic reminder that despite the prettiest details, when it’s all said and done, the only thing that matters on your wedding day is becoming husband and wife!

We’re so grateful to our delightful Blue Ribbon Vendor member, Katelyn James, for sharing Katherine and Matt’s lovely wedding with us!

What was your most memorable moment about your wedding day? There are SO many amazing memories! One of my favorites happened in the bridal suite with my best girls when we were getting ready. Anna (our day-of coordinator) had stopped by to see how I was doing and to bring me a surprise milkshake (so sweet!), Katelyn James had started taking pictures, and everyone was running around applying hairspray, steaming gowns, and finishing final touches. I walked into the bathroom for a break between my makeup and hair appointments and that’s when it truly hit me–TODAY I’M GETTING MARRIED!!! I started crying and laughing all at the same time! I seriously gets chills just thinking about that moment. There is something absolutely breathtaking about the realization of “come what may, I am his at the end of the day.” As detail-oriented as I am, at that moment I knew our day was going to be perfect, no matter what.

Did you decide to do a “first look”? Why or why not? Yes!! I’ve been following wedding and photography blogs for years, and I have a love for first look pictures! (Plus, I’m incredibly close with my father and knew walking down the aisle would be a lot about my relationship with him vs. seeing my groom.) It took a little time to convince Matt, but in the end, we both say our first look was one of the best moments of the day! It also worked well with the logistics of our day since we had a 7 p.m. ceremony.

Amanda from Anthomanic did an incredible job of bringing my floral vision to life. My biggest regret is not being able to keep my bouquet alive forever! I told her I wanted big, fluffy and garden-like–that girl didn’t disappoint!! My bouquet was full of bright flowers with ribbon flowing down from it. Since my bridesmaids’ dresses were bright, Amanda created all-white bouquets for them. She also created two BEAUTIFUL wreaths for the church doors and a to-die-for mantle display in the reception home. She had hanging flowers and candles in the crepe myrtles and used the vases I’d collected for all of the centerpieces. I am so grateful for her creativity and how fun she was to work with!

Did you write your own vows? If so, what was your favorite phrase, verse or line? Yes, we did! We shared personal vows to one another and then shared traditional vows. Our personal vows were unplanned in the sense that we didn’t write them together and neither of us knew what the other was going to say. They were absolutely perfect! We both ending up touching on similar things and they really showed who we are as a couple–romantic, silly, and dedicated to glorifying Christ. I love how he vowed “to not completely ignore you during football games,” just as I vowed, much to my dad’s disappointment, to “stand by your side and support the decisions you make, even if that means cheering for the Redskins!”

We LOVE seeing brides use our Vows print in their weddings! Find them (and lots more fun stuff) in our shop.

Tradition. Hospitality. Family. Those are words Matt and I think of when we think of “Southern” and we really wanted to embrace all of them at our wedding! Tradition: We were married in the same church my parents were married in 29 years ago. Our reception venue is an old, historic mansion that Robert E. Lee once visited! Hospitality: We wanted our guests to be comfortable at our outdoor July reception, so we offered fans that doubled as reception programs, bug spray, and a place to rest in the air conditioning, if needed. Family: Our families made this possible. They showered us with love and support and truly made our dream day a reality. My grandmother is the mayor of Fredericksburg, and since our reception venue isn’t typically a wedding venue (it’s normally used for hospital fundraisers), her connections made it possible for us to use it! We also wanted to honor our heritage by creating a Legacy Room at the reception. We displayed both of our mothers’ wedding gowns and pictures going back to our great-grandparents.

I’m that girl who’s dreamed about her wedding day her ENTIRE life!! As soon as that pretty ring was on my finger, I went into overdrive. I contacted vendors, pinned until the wee-morning hours, made spreadsheets for absolutely everything, and crafted to my heart’s content. Planning our wedding was an amazing, exhausting, once-in-a-lifetime-I’ll-never-forget-it-ever kind of thing…seeing everything come together? My heart literally burst at the seams! Throwing cake at my husband, dancing with my daddy, and seeing my 80-year-old grandparents kiss on the dance floor made it all matter. Our whole wedding was one big detail I will never, ever forget. Seeing it all come together made every late night, every stress-induced tear, and every joy-filled shriek so completely worth it!

How did y’all meet? Tell us your love story. We’re high school sweethearts! He stole my heart in fifth period study hall and asked me out in seventh period yearbook. We passed notes, went to high school dances, and had our first (awful) kiss in his best friend’s driveway (romantic, right?!). I’m a year older, so after high school, I went off to a small college in Bridgewater, Virginia, and the next year, he started attending JMU in Harrisonburg, Virginia (only a few minutes away from Bridgewater, and where we now live). We broke up for two long months my sophomore year of college (which he’ll never let me forget, ha!), but God had other plans for us and we’ve been together ever since!
Tell us all about the proposal! We’d been dating for over five years and boy, was I ready! On July 7, 2012, he told me his friend gave him a gift card that was about to expire, and it just so happened to be at my favorite place in Harrisonburg. After dinner, we headed to Reddish Knob, a lookout point outside of Harrisonburg that we had always wanted to visit. As we drove up there, he started honking his horn like a lunatic, telling me all these bunnies were in the way and they needed to move (what?!)! It turns out his best friend was at the top setting everything up, and since there wasn’t any cell phone service, this was his warning to hide! A few minutes after we got up there, we walked down the trail, turned a corner, and there was an arbor complete with roses, candles, and pictures. He looked at me and said, “Well, who’s this for?!” (silly man!) and then proceeded to ask me to marry him. I have no idea what else he said; I just remember being so shocked, I couldn’t even cry! Matt’s best friend and his girlfriend appeared and told me they took pictures of the whole thing. After we left and got to an area where we had cell service, I was so disappointed that my parents weren’t answering their phone–all I wanted to do was tell EVERYONE! Turns out, Matt had a surprise party waiting for us when we got back. I walked into a room full of my parents and best friends, and tons of screaming/crying!!
When did y’all get married? July 20, 2013
How many friends, family members, and loved ones attended your wedding? 200-215
Tell us about finding your wedding dress. I found my dress when I was least expecting to! My MOH and I went to Fredericksburg to look at a few venues with my mom. When the first venue turned out to be the one, we cancelled the rest of our appointments and gave Ava Laurenne Bride a call. Going into the appointment, I knew I wanted a sweetheart neckline, a little princess feel, and some sparkle. Wendy at Ava Laurenne Bride was AMAZING and gave me the best experience! I tried on several different styles and knew as soon as I put on “the one”–dropped waist, gorgeous lace, and yards of soft tulle. Perfection! Since it was my first time dress shopping, I decided to wait and look at a few stores in Harrisonburg. At the Harrisonburg store, completely overwhelmed by all the dresses, I had the affirmation that the previous dress was really “the one.” I went back to Ava Laurenne Bride with my mom and grandmothers to claim my dream dress. Being the girly-girl I am, I had a gorgeous, sparkly beaded belt custom made for my gown; it was just the something “extra” the dress needed!
What readings, if any, did you have at your ceremony? Matt’s sister read Song of Solomon 8:6-7
Describe your wedding cake or dessert. We’re not big “cake” people, so we had a small cake made for us to cut and a dessert bar for the rest of our guests, which included apple crisp, brownies, ice cream, and peanut butter fudge bars. A friend of ours makes the best cakes and we were so grateful she did ours! She made us a custom funfetti cake using only pink and orange, decorated with fun ombre ruffles. She also created a surprise groom’s cake for Matt; his family has a silly joke about the monkey cake his mother made for his 6th birthday. I gave Amanda a picture and she created a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting that looked just like it! We loved eating it when we got back from our honeymoon. One of my favorite memories is seeing his expression when he saw it for the first time at our reception!
Did you have something borrowed, blue, old, and new? If so, do tell! I have always loved this tradition and really wanted to incorporate all the great women in my family. My something borrowed was wearing a penny in my shoe that my maternal grandmother wore on her wedding day. My something blue was a blue topaz ring my maternal grandparents gave me when I graduated high school. I had two for the “something old” category: 1. the lace sewn onto my veil; it came from my paternal grandmothers gown. And 2. I made my hair comb out of lace from my mother’s veil. Lastly, my something new was a handkerchief given to me by my matron of honor. I highly recommend having a wedding handkerchief–I was very emotional and am so glad I had one. Plus, now I can pass it on to my children for their something old or borrowed!
What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome while planning your wedding? Budgeting is always really hard, and since I’m the only daughter, I know it was hard for my mom too! We also struggled with narrowing down the guest list.
If you are comfortable responding, what range did your wedding budget fall into? $10,000-$25,000
What is the one detail or vendor that you were so happy to have as a part of your wedding? Katelyn James Photography!! Hands down, she and her husband Michael are absolutely amazing and we are so grateful they shot our wedding! They made wedding day pictures go so smoothly (even with a large bridal party and the July heat) and they were so much FUN to work with! We are going to cherish our pictures for the rest of our lives, and I can’t wait to one day show them to our children and grandchildren!
What advice do you have for folks currently planning a wedding? On your wedding day, you get to be the bride (yay!), which means you need to trust the people you hired to make your day happen so you can relax and enjoy it! Make sure you have an amazing planner so your day runs smoothly, a great photographer to capture those priceless memories, and if you can, hire a videographer. Our video makes me laugh and cry every single time, and I’m so glad we re-worked our budget to fit videography in there!
What’s next for you as a couple? What are you most looking forward to about married life? Since we’ve been together for so long, it means so much to finally say “husband” and hear him say “wife!” Right now, we’re loving the “ordinary” things about marriage: living together, home cooked meals, weeknight TV sitcoms, and football season. We’re so excited to see what the Lord has in store of us!!

Katelyn James is a delightful member of our Blue Ribbon Vendor Directory!

Two words kept coming to my mind when I was reading Kaylie and Noah’s interview and scrolling through their wedding pictures: beautiful and happy. With the rolling Virginia hills in the background, lots of fluffy pink blooms and plenty of sweet details, beautiful is a given. But even more beautiful than all of those things? The joy on Kaylie and Noah’s faces in every single one of their pictures! It is so easy to see their happiness, and particularly when I read about Kaylie running through the mud in her new Badgley Mischkas because she was so excited to see Noah for their first look, I knew that those smiles were completely genuine and joyful. Just the way a bride should feel on her wedding day. :)

Hugs to Katelyn James for sharing this lovely wedding with us!

Tell us about finding your wedding dress. My mom, Noah’s mom and my MawMaw came with me to Becky’s Bridal in Lexington, VA. We stopped at The Southern Inn for a quick lunch and then off to Becky’s we went! I had an idea of what I wanted in my mind and Becky at Becky’s Bridal knew the exact dress that I should try on. I tried on a few before the Maggie Sottero “Sarchi” gown, but as soon as I put it on, I fell in love! The fit and flare gave my figure shape and the beaded belt was the perfect touch. I also loved that the straps were removable. I was set on having a cathedral length veil as well.

Hydrangeas are my favorite flower, so I knew I definitely wanted to incorporate those into the flower arrangements! Mary at Country Garden Florist did an amazing job with everything and incorporated the pink and green from the wedding with pops of peach to add more depth. I knew I wanted the ceremony focus to be on us and the beautiful view of the mountains, so she made two urns full of gorgeousness to go on either side of Noah and I. The girls carried bouquets of simple baby’s breath and the MOH carried a bouquet of astilbe. The groomsmen had mini succulents as their boutonnieres.

Tell us about some of the songs you used throughout your wedding and why you chose them. We had a string quartet for the wedding ceremony and a DJ for the reception. My Dad and I walked down the aisle to Trumpet Voluntary. I loved it, and the first time I heard it, I could picture the doors opening and this beginning to play for my dad and I to walk out. I knew it was perfect! Later on for our dance, my dad and I danced to Trace Adkins “Just Fishin” because as I was growing up, he taught me to fish and we still fish together to this day. It reminds me of a lot of memories that we shared during our fishing trips! Noah and I danced to “Our Love is Here to Stay” by Eric Clapton. We really liked the old-timey sound of the song.

Our favorite detail of the wedding was: Do we have to choose? We had TOO many favorites, including our beautiful venue in the mountains and our sweetheart table that my mom put together with our new china and monogrammed napkins!

Sarah at Pastry Love did an amazing job with our cake! When we went to the cake tasting, we fell in love with her amazing lemon cake and raspberry buttercream. She alternated layers of lemon cake with raspberry buttercream and lemon cake with vanilla buttercream. We thought the flavors were perfect for our summer wedding. I brought a picture of an ombre ruffle cake I had found online and she did such an amazing job recreating it how I asked—it turned out perfectly!

How did y’all meet? Tell us your love story. Noah and I attended the same high school and after he went away to college (he was a year older than me), we reconnected. For our first date, he came home from school to watch me cheer in my last home football game and surprised me with flowers and a date to our favorite restaurant! After I graduated from high school, I went off to Virginia Tech and luckily, he was right down the road at Radford University. He popped the question on Valentine’s Day 2012 and we were engaged for a little over a year before getting married in June 2013.
Tell us all about the proposal! Noah and I have a love (OK, it’s an OBSESSION) for Chinese food! He came to pick me up on Valentine’s Day morning and told me to be ready for breakfast. He showed up dressed in his best sport coat with flowers, two HUGE stuffed animals and two mason jars full of homemade fortune cookies dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. We have this tradition where when we go out to eat, he holds the two fortune cookies in his hand and I get to pick one out. That morning, he told me to pick one from one of the mason jars, but I couldn’t open it until later. We got in the car and he drove onto Virginia Tech’s campus to the Duck Pond and walked me out under a willow tree (my favorite tree at the Duck Pond). He told me I could open the fortune cookie now. As I opened it, he got down on one knee, pulled out a BEAUTIFUL ring, and I read fortune, which said, “Will you marry me?” Obviously, I said yes!! Then we went to our favorite French restaurant in Blacksburg for brunch.
When did y’all get married? June 15, 2013
How many friends, family members, and loved ones attended your wedding? About 150
Did you decide to do a “first look”? Why or why not? One reason that we chose Katelyn James as our wedding photographer (other than that she’s AWESOME!) is because she LOVES to do first looks. Noah and I really liked the idea of seeing each other before the ceremony because not only would we have time together alone on our wedding day, but we also really wanted those intimate moments captured for us to cherish for years to come. Not to mention, first looks definitely calm the nerves!
Did you write your own vows? If so, what was your favorite phrase, verse or line? No, we had the pastor do traditional vows—we wanted a short and sweet ceremony!
Did you have something borrowed, blue, old, and new? If so, do tell! I used Essie’s “Bikini So Teeny” on my toes for my something blue and thought that it would be fun with my pink ruffle shoes. I wore a silver square ring with my “old monogram” on it. I had three something new’s–a beautiful set of diamond earrings with pearls that my Dad gave to me the night of the rehearsal dinner and an Origami Owl locket. Also, all my girls and I had matching Tiffany & Co bracelets to add to my something new. My mom put the Origami Owl locket on my bouquet and told me that each of the ladies in my family had chosen a charm to go inside that represented a memory that they had of me! I can wear it now as a necklace!
What Southern details or traditions did you include in your celebration? What was Southern about your wedding? The rehearsal dinner was at the Southern Inn in downtown Lexington and guests had a choice of local rainbow trout, meatloaf, or Southern fried chicken. The wedding was at the Irvine Estate, which sits high in the Blue Ridge Mountains and is surrounded by beautiful hydrangea bushes—my favorite! We loved the idea of our invitations being handkerchiefs. The guests brought them to the wedding to wave them as we exited. We thought they could use them to dry tears, and they can keep them for years to come to remember our special day. Our invitation suite was designed by my wonderful mom and printed using Spoonflower. And of course, the bowtie that Noah wore was definitely Southern!
What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome while planning your wedding? Deciding on a color scheme was definitely hard for me! Pinterest can be helpful, but also distracting at times. I knew that I didn’t want anything too crazy to take away from the venue, so that helped me narrow down the choices. Once I finally settled on pink and sage as our main colors, everything was much easier!
If you are comfortable responding, what range did your wedding budget fall into? $10,000-$25,000
What is the one detail or vendor that you were so happy to have as a part of your wedding? We really loved the venue we chose because they provided everything we needed, from the china, silverware, tables, chairs, food and drinks! We didn’t have to deal with a million different vendors for rentals because everything was already there and it took a ton of stress off of us when planning the wedding. And of course, we wanted to remember our wedding day forever, which is why we chose Katelyn James as our photographer. She and Michael capture the special moments in such an awesome way and we knew we wanted them for our wedding—we’re SO glad we chose them!
What was your most memorable moment about your wedding day? My most memorable moment about our wedding day was going to see Noah for our first look. I picked a spot down the road with a willow tree that I thought would be perfect for our pictures! After Katelyn got permission from the owner of the property, we made our way down toward the pond with the willow tree. The only problem was that it had rained the ENTIRE week before the wedding and the ground was super muddy! I trudged down the hill through the mud in my pink ruffle Badgley Mischkas, not thinking twice because I was SO excited to see Noah for our first look! By the end of our first look, my shoes were covered in mud before the wedding, but I didn’t care!!
What advice do you have for folks currently planning a wedding? Relax and enjoy it! I found myself getting so caught up in every little detail sometimes that I would forget the big picture: that at the end of the day, we would be married and be able to share it with our family and friends. Also, don’t let Pinterest get the best of you. It is a great resource to find so many ideas, but sometimes those ideas can sidetrack you! Once you set a “theme,” delete anything off your wedding board that doesn’t vibe with the theme and feeling that you are trying to have on your wedding day! And don’t be afraid to ask people around you for help!
What’s next for you as a couple? What are you most looking forward to about married life? Settling into our place in Richmond, VA and exploring the city. Noah will be finishing up grad school at VCU in the spring and we are excited about that as well! Oh, and we would LOVE to get a puppy soon :)

Hi Hattie! better late than never, right?! My mom deisgned them and had them printed from Spoonflower.com! A friend cut and finished the edges for us :)
