Great idea! I may have already had the honeymoon (St. Lucia–it was beautiful!) but I am definitely going to be keeping the Honey List in mind for future romantic getaways. Is it too soon to plan a second honeymoon?

My oh my, the giveaways on the blog lately have been spectacular! I get excited every time I post a new giveaway just thinking about the lucky lady who will win our favorite products!

Our Southern Fab Finds giveaway featured an earring set from Peachtree Lane that was too adorable to pass up! We asked you to tell us what your favorite item from their shop was and winner Lindy J. answered with, “Oooohhh! Cute! I love it all! (Who doesn’t love floral accessories?!?!) I think the coral chrysanthemum earrings win for me, but I would LOVE to wear anything from this shop. Thanks for introducing us to a great etsy store! (In time for Christmas shopping!)” Congratulations Lindy!

We’ve been big fans of Paloma’s Nest for years and were so excited to share their customizable bouquet text tiles in V4. Though we love staring at the sweet tile, we decided to giveaway the one we used in print to a lucky reader for use in her wedding! Amanda B. commented, “Omgeeee! so excited about this giveaway. My bouquet is going to be whites and off whites of ranunculus (my fave), garden roses, spray roses, hydrangeas, lambs ear, berries, lisianthus, and peonies if the lovely ladies at Tre Bella can get them! I am too excited about this! I really love the nature of the white bouquet.. for my maids though, they will have an orange and peach mix of the same type of flowers, which I am also totally excited about. Gotta love a little extra color!” Her extra tweet entry made her our lucky winner!

More exciting giveaways from V4 made November an exciting month for us! First, we had to treat our favorite gents with a huge bow tie giveaway featuring the fun bows from our giant bow tie spread. Five lucky winners won the bow of their choice! Kathryn chose the blue and white gingham bow, Liz chose the light blue denim, Andrea chose the green, red, and cream bow from Forage, Emily chose the red, blue, and white madras bow from XOElle, and Krista picked the orange seersucker bow from Collard Greens. Congratulations ladies!

Another fab giveaway from our Southern Exits shoot proved to be the perfect way to celebrate this fun feature! We’re giving away the Peyton clutch from Belles & Crystals to Brittany C, the Big Bloom Bridal Clutch from Oatmeal Lace Design to Gillian F., a beautiful pale pink pleated clutch from Davie & Chiyo to Mary, the Southern Vintage Feather accessory from Preston & Olivia to Jessica, and a set of 20 coral satin ribbon wands from Romancing Juliet to Emily M. Yahoo, ladies!!

Winners, be on the lookout from an email from me!

Don’t forget about our 12 Days of Southern Weddings Christmas giveaways! The prizes just keep getting better and better:
Day 1: Marley Lilly + DK Designs
Day 2: Kendra Scott
Day 3: Handmade by Sara Kim
Day 4: Ashley Brooke Designs

South Carolina girlies, listen up! Today’s Southern Spotting is especially perfect for you.

Leah McCormick shot this beautiful, simple South Carolina wedding last summer, and I fell in love with the gorgeous palmetto-frond-lined aisle as soon as I saw her photographs. What a sweet tribute to the state where you tied the knot! If you love Jennie and Luke’s style, be sure to check out the rest of their wedding on Leah’s blog.

Are you including any state-specific details in your wedding? Comment + let us know!

P.S. Past Southern Spottings:
Banana pudding
Modern beach ceremony
Felt gardenia
