Best of 2011 :: Sweets

by in Inspirations, Main on

We’re nearing the end of our Best of 2011 series, so it only makes sense that we’d discuss the sweet ending of so many weddings! We do desserts right in the South, as this category proves.

Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!

by in Main on

The word “fabulous” is used in a lot of circumstances, but I feel as though its most appropriate use might be for this very shoot. The Connecticut crew of vendors, including Jubilee Events, Carla Ten Eyck, The White Dress by the Shore, and Jennie Fresa Beauty Library, flew down to New Orleans to ensure an authentic look. And they brought in a local jazz band. And they shut down a busy French Quarter street to set up their dessert display. Fabulous? Yes, indeedy. Check out the gallery for ALL the gorgeous, jaw-dropping, delicious details! And file this under one we WISH we’d had room for in V3.

P.S. Still confused about the new site features? Make sure to read this post!

    […] just had to share this beautiful flower arrangement with you. It was shared on the Southern Weddings Magazine Blog and I immediately forwarded it to Conner’s mom who is doing the flowers for our Wedding Day. […]
