Bridal Market Part 6 :: Chaviano Couture + Adair at Anne Barge!

Welcome back for our complete coverage of Bridal Market in NY this week! Our next show was Chaviano Couture, and we were thrilled to be front and center to watch our dear friend (and SW V2 model!) Annette debut her collection. Her convertible designs really came to life on the runway. Congratulations, Annette!

Next up was sweet Southern belle, Anne Barge. Gorgeous ballroom, great music and incredibly detailed dresses proved to be one of our favorites. The best part? The models were all smiling! Double win! Bridal Market Part 5 :: Reem Acra + Monique Lhuillier

We kicked off day two with a visit to Reem Acra’s showroom. There were far too many photographers for Fred to even get an elbow in, so he was just going to stand on the side. Then, one of the Reem gals saw him (dressed in his hot orange pants) and gave him a VIP seat! I guess that’s what happens when you are a style blogger, huh? Bridal Market Part 4 :: Amsale + Priscilla of Boston

Hey, y’all! It’s Marissa, back with more wedding goodness from Bridal Market 2010. Oh, Amsale, how I adore thee! Clean, classic and oh-so Southern details, including large satin bows and super fun party dresses! (I’ll admit: we have a bit of a soft spot in our office for Amsale, since Katharine wore the Blakely to her wedding this September!)

We ended our day at the Priscilla of Boston show. And what a way to end! We rode up to the show in a converted freight elevator that was bigger than my bedroom to a chandelier-lit industrial loft. There six different lines being showcased, and wow, were they different. From soft lace A-lines with pastel grosgrain ribbon belts to satin full-skirted gowns with flowing trains and beaded bodices, the Priscilla of Boston collection had something for every bride.
