We are a wedding and editorial photography team based in the Southeast. We love destination weddings, and we travel world-wide. So why film photography? Simple. We love the timeless, airy images that can be achieved through this style of shooting. Where you call home: I am originally from Atlanta, but we are currently living in Birmingham. We go between the two a lot though! :)
Things you’d write home to your Momma about: This year alone we had the incredible honor of photographing over 60 beautiful weddings all around the country. We have also been featured in several publications such as Green Wedding Shoes, The Knot, Bridal Theory and more. In 2017 we were named Top 15 Wedding Photographers in the South and won Couples Choice Awards. It has been our greatest joy to be a part of all these love stories and see our hard work come full circle. We take great pride in serving our clients well and feel so incredibly special to have been recognized by some of the most well known publications in the wedding industry. We’re excited to see what 2018 will hold and are believing in even greater things!

How I got into weddings: Since we are a team of photographers, we all got into photography differently, however, we all have loved it our entire lives. We entered into the wedding industry in 2013 and since have been a part of so many incredible love stories. This year alone, we will be photographing over 60 weddings across the country.
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? The South creates such a fun, inviting atmosphere. We love that our couples usually have some unique Southern traditions that we get to capture and be a part of on their day–it really makes us a feel like family! And don’t even get us started on that warm, creamy light that invades at golden hour.
Favorite part of a wedding day? The moment the bride sees her groom for the first time is something that is always really special to us on a wedding day. It’s such an intimate and exciting moment for the both of them, and we love the looks on their faces as they stare at each other with bright, expectant eyes, knowing they’re about to dive headfirst into the journey of a lifetime. It’s the sweetest thing and we are so thankful we get to be a part of it.
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? Enjoy your wedding day! This only happens once. It’s so important to soak everything in and take mental pictures throughout the day. We want our couples to remember the details and all of the moments, and we constantly encourage them to be completely present. There is no need to stress out about shoes or the cake. Just be present and fully alive. This is one of the best days of your lives!
Dream travel destination? We love all things Europe! Also New Zealand and Australia are on the bucket list!
Favorite Southern city? Charleston, South Carolina. There is nothing dreamier than whimsical rows of window boxes and colorful architecture. Charleston embodies Southern hospitality, and you just can’t help but feel happy walking it streets. We would definitely live there in a heartbeat.
Early bird or night owl? Night owl for sure!
Favorite pie flavor? Apple pie. Yum!
Favorite biscuit topping? Apple butter.
