How we got into weddings: We both had a passion for photography at a young age and were lucky enough, through years of study, to be able to turn it into a career. We believe in marriage and the power of love, so photographing weddings was something that we both felt very drawn to.
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? Spanish moss, family heirlooms, and that good-good Southern cuisine.
Favorite part of a wedding day? It’s hard to beat capturing the special moments of a couple’s first look, but one of our favorite images to capture is the excitement of the grand exit. It’s a bittersweet moment when the party has to come to an end, but the joy and excitement in sending the couple off in style gets us every time.
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? Try to relax and really take it all in. It’s the most magical thing to look into a room and see all of the people you care about, from all different moments in your life, together and there for you.
