Southern Weddings Weekly Round-Up

by in Main on

As y’all are reading this, good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise, we will be flipping through hot-off-the-press copies of V6 and packing them up to send out next week! To get an idea of the amusing nature of our day today, take a look at these recaps of magazine delivery days for V5 and V4–it sure is hard to explain to our new delivery company that no, we don’t have a loading dock, and yes, the magazines go into the garage!

Another source of excitement this week? We’re giving away a Sandals honeymoon! Enter by leaving a comment about your favorite vacation here. Good luck!

We know it’s too early to start playing Christmas music or decorating, but it’s never too early to start your holiday shopping! We launched some adorable holiday goodies in the Shop this week, which you can read about here.

Kristin shared her next tip in her amazing Hints for a Happy Marriage series: take a deep breath. See it here.

We love real weddings!

Baylor and Daniel’s nautical wedding was held at a venue which has been a favorite destination in Baylor’s family for four generations–so meaningful! See it here.

We can’t resist a Southern glam wedding! Kara and Jon’s plantation wedding fit that description to a tee. See it here.

Frances and Joe’s wedding has me dreaming of a trip to the South Carolina Lowcountry. What a breathtaking place for a wedding! See it here.

Katherine and Matt’s wedding was so bright and happy, we can’t help but smile looking at it! See it here.

Anne and Eric’s elegant loft wedding combined a fabulously modern venue with a gorgeous fall color palette. See it here.

Before you go…

We have a lovely engagement session by Sara Logan on our Facebook page today, so stop by and take a look!

Have a great weekend!
