Another day, another classically beautiful wedding, this time from super-fly photographer Amelia Lyon (who has a big, beautiful spread in V3 — can’t wait for you to see it!). As seems to be the theme this week, Teresa donned a gorgeous Reem Acra gown (the “Virtue”), as well as accessories from Kacee Geoffroy and shoes from Miss Kate Spade. Whimsical paper products were the brainchild of Caroline Chon. More from the dreamy reception coming up next!
How did the two of you meet? Tell us your story. We met at church when I was in the 4th grade and he, the 6th. Our parents (who are good friends and hang out in the same circle) used to have choir practice every Saturday night at church, so we grew up playing hide-and-seek and capture the flag. We made fun of each other relentlessly. You know what they say: if a guy makes fun of you, he likes you!
Tell us about finding your wedding dress: I was in NYC and made a last-minute appointment at Reem Acra since they don’t have a flagship store in Los Angeles. I went in knowing I wasn’t going to buy anything, but walked out in love with the dreamiest dress I had ever seen. I didn’t end up purchasing the dress right away since I wanted feedback from my best friends. After flying back to LA, I couldn’t stop thinking about the dress, so I called a week later and ordered the darn thing. I’m still so in love with it.

That Reem Acra gown makes me want to get married all over again.
Agreed – that gown is stunning on her!
Wow… sweet images! What a fantastic wedding!
That gown is beautiful! So flowy and romantic. And that hair flower is the perfect complement to it!
Where are these bridesmaid dresses from?
Hi Rebecca! Teresa actually designed the bridesmaid dresses herself! Aren't they gorgeous (and she crazy talented?!)?Emily @ SW
