Southern Weddings Weekly Round-Up

by in Main on

Happy weekend, friends! How are you doing in this crazy weather? The biggest problem in Chapel Hill right now is the ice, but I know our friends everywhere from Washington DC to Kentucky are getting tons of snow! Y’all please stay safe, stay warm, and embrace the opportunity to hole up at home for a movie night, home-cooked meal, or some hot chocolate!

P.S. Have you heard the news? The Southern Weddings Valentine’s Day Postcard Set is back in the Southern Weddings Shop! This is our third year of creating these adorable postcard sets–an adorable, grown up version of the valentines we used to exchange as kids. Each set comes with 10 postcards that are perfect for sending to your beau, your besties, and your bridesmaids. Pick one up here ASAP so you have plenty of time to fill them out and pop them in the mail!

In case you missed it this week…

Katie and Chris: Fall colors, family heirlooms, and a German-inspired cocktail hour in Georgia.
Cynthia and Andrew: A knot-tying ceremony, sequin linens, and eucalyptus details in Georgia.
Elyse and Jack: “Xoxo” details, a confetti bar, and a gold cake in Louisiana.
Kara and Philip: A floral lace gown, colorful bouquets, and oyster escort cards in South Carolina.

Please help us welcome Amber, our new Marketing Director!
Our blogger bride shared the heart behind the details she’s planning for her big day on Jessica’s Southern Wedding.
As seen in V8, we rounded up our favorite items for your wedding day.
Emily and Timothy of Today’s Letters gave us a tour of their Louisville home on Southern Newlywed.

Have a cozy weekend, and congratulations to anyone getting married!
