Happy Friday, friends! Want to hear some exciting news? After a winter of brainstorming, we had our very first meeting about V7 this week! It finally feels like spring is around the corner, and we’re anxiously anticipating the start of photo shoot season as the weather warms up. Naturally, everything is top secret for now, but I can promise you this: V7 is going to be a good one!

Farms and orchards are such beautiful engagement session backdrops–today’s Facebook Friday session by Amy of Amy Arrington Photography is a perfect example! See it here.

Y’all, this may be one of my favorite posts ever–last week on The Daily South, we shared some of the most memorable Southern Weddings love stories! We’d love to hear your story too, so leave it in the comments!

Check out this week’s features!

Love dogwoods as much as we do? Don’t miss the latest Southern Stems post.

In my second Lisa’s Southern Wedding post, I let y’all in on our venues–Dave and I are so excited about them!

Emily shared her thoughts on the etiquette of “plus ones”–let us know what you think here.

We love real weddings!

We were delighted to share both Kelly and Ted’s rehearsal dinner and wedding at the Inn at Palmetto Bluff!

Laura and Mason‘s wedding was full of sentimental details inspired by their families.

Sarah and Gabe were inspired by their meaningful Lowcountry venue for their gorgeous spring wedding.

Lara-Anne and Chad‘s wedding was set in the North Carolina mountains–the perfect setting for a nature-loving couple.

Last but not least!

Photographer friends, are you headed to WPPI? Check out the Silver Rush Party, created by photographers for photographers! Information and tickets can be found here.

As you may have seen this morning, the beautiful Sanderling Resort is hosting a Wedding Showcase on March 15, aimed at Outer Banks brides. Buy your tickets here!

Enjoy your weekend!
