We mentioned it in last week’s Round-Up, but I think it deserves some additional attention here: Minted launched a slew of new designs last week! I LOVE Minted — love how chic their designs are, love how affordable their stationery suites are — so I thought I’d give them a little love in this week’s Paper Pick. A few of the pieces I’m crushing on right now:

All of these would be darling options for bridal showers, save the dates, or, of course, wedding invitations. Happy looking!

And one last thing! Today only, enter code WEDFEB10 on Minted’s site to take 10% off all wedding stationery!

THIS is country done right, my friends! Though both are DC residents, Kristin + Ryan chose to host their wedding weekend on Kiawah Island in South Carolina, since both vacationed there throughout childhood. Leigh Webber was on hand to capture all the details of the Kiawah Island Resort rehearsal dinner, including gingham tablecloths and sweet clutches of wild flowers. And the food? Oh, man: fresh oysters shoveled onto the shuckin’ tables still steaming, succulent fried okra, grilled Carolina quail, red beans and rice, jalapeno cheddar cornbread, and — of course — sweet tea to wash it all down. Hominy Grill added from-scratch Southern cakes and pies for dessert, and guests toasted their own s’mores to end the night. What a way to start your wedding weekend!

UPDATE: Both the Advertising Director and Junior Creative Director positions have been filled. We will be announcing our new hires in the next few months. A big thank you to all who applied!

Happy Monday, y’all! Whether you’re at home celebrating the President’s Day holiday or not, we hope your week is off to a sunny start. (It’s a balmy 76 degrees here in Chapel Hill!)

We’ve learned so much in the process of getting to know our Ad Director candidates and have expaded the position a bit.

Here’s what we’re looking for. Think this job has your name written all over it? Send your resume and cover letter to us at [email protected]. To help us get to know you better, we’d also like you to complete a sample “About Me” page (just fill in your own answers!).

Already applied for this position? You don’t need to reapply! We already have all your information, and will contact you once we begin making final decisions.
