Google+ V3: Print Submissions Call + Ad Deadline - Southern Weddings

Southern Weddings

There are lots of big things just around the corner here at Southern Weddings.  Emily’s big sis is getting married this August, I’m tying the knot in September and, oh yeah, Volume 3 hits stands on October 5.  We can probably guess which of the three you’re most excited for, and, knowing what we do about this next issue, we certainly don’t blame you.  Gorgeous photography above by Larissa Cleveland.

While we’re well on our way to making this our biggest and best issue yet, we want to make it even better!  And we need your help.

Photographers, planners, florists, wedding experts extrordinaire: Do you have print-worthy images you just know need to be in the next issue of Southern Weddings?  (C’mon, we know y’all have some gems hiding in those porfolios.)  We want to see them!

What we’re still looking for:

  • Bouquets: Styled and positioned like this.  (Seriously, we only can feature bouquets that look like this!)
  • Bling:  We want your glitziest + and most glamorous ring shots.  (Actually, I’d like to wear them, but I guess I’ll settle for swooning over your pretty pictures until I tack on some more bling this September.)
  • Beaus: Photographed some handsome gents lately?  We’re looking for shots of your most Southern men + their most Southern accessories.  Bowties, boutonnières – you name it, we’ll take it!

Email me!  Consider this your official invitation to flood my inbox :)

Missed Lara’s Twitter call this week?  Our editor’s also looking for a few images of her own.  What does she want?  Epic images:  details, portraits, anything that makes you stop and swoon!  Email howdy at iloveswmag.com, subject line “V3.”  Limit: 5 images.  (Pay attention, folks: only submissions that follow these directions will be considered!)

And, last by certainly, not least: advertising partners!  (Y’all know how much we love our sponsors.)  We still have a few prime ad slots left in this next issue.  The deadline to get in on the action is August 1.  They’re going fast!  Make sure you don’t miss your chance to be a part of the best magazine we’ve ever created.

Questions?  I’m your go-to-gal.  Shoot me an email!

Happy Fourth of July weekend, y’all!

Katharine
