Up the Creek Farms is a breathtakingly romantic wedding venue located on eight acres in Central Florida. A beautiful oak canopy, creek front perimeter, and lots of Old Florida charm are features of the property. The Boathouse, a classic wood framed air conditioned barn, hosts guests for receptions. Also available is the 140 year-old restored Decklan Farmhouse updated with timeless decor.
Where you call home: On the Farm! My husband and I live on property in Grant-Valkaria, FL.

How I got into weddings: We began transforming my family homestead into what is now Up the Creek Farms six years ago. My background previously was in restaurant and catering management. We’re thrilled to be engulfed in the design aspect of weddings and truly getting to know our clients!
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? We love the relaxed yet elegant feel, good food, and our Southern wedding traditions, like burying the bourbon!
Favorite part of a wedding day? The moments with a couple before we slide open the barn doors to introduce them into their reception.
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? Don’t sweat the small stuff.
