The McAlister-Leftwich is a beautiful dual home property, nestled on the edge of Fisher Park Historic District and downtown Greensboro. With a rich history spanning more than 100 years, the McAlister-Leftwich House is now being revitalized and transformed into a boutique wedding and event venue. We value grace-filled hospitality, timeless elegance, and the stories of everyone who enters our homes.

Things you’d write home to your Momma about: We are overwhelmingly grateful to have the opportunity to give the McAlister-Leftwich new life as a wedding and event venue. After serving as private residences in the 1800 and 1900s, an antique shop in the 1980s, and up until this year, a marketing firm, we believe that a gathering space is the next best use of these properties. We are overjoyed to open them up to be enjoyed by you and your guests!

Favorite thing about weddings in the South? As a family-owned and operated business, family tradition and history are extremely dear to us. We love how Southern brides honor and cherish their loved ones – past and present – during their wedding celebration!
Favorite part of a wedding day? The anticipation right before a bride walks down the aisle. Those final quiet moments she has to herself before she sees her sweetheart make our hearts fill with joy!
