How I got into weddings: L.O.V.E. It’s as simple and complicated as that. Being hit by a drunk driver in 2005 brought me back home to Alabama where I met and fell in love with my husband, Jeff. Moving back home motivated me to turn my dream of designing wedding gowns into my reality, and in 2006, Heidi Elnora was created.
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? Southern weddings are in a class all their own. There is nothing quite like them. From a simple barn to a historic mansion, every wedding makes you feel welcomed and right at home.
Favorite part of a wedding day? The wedding dress, of course! We love seeing the expression on the groom’s face when he sees his bride for the first time. It’s precious.
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? This is such a sweet time in your life. Enjoy every single second, while celebrating your love and commitment daily.
