Flowers by Yona is a full service floral and event design company, based in Atlanta, Georgia. We believe it is our job not only to make your wedding beautiful, but to tell your story. We use flowers and decor to help you tell these beautiful stories through color choices, flower choices, lighting, linens, draping, special and unique furnishings, and other decor items. We take the honor of telling your story very seriously – designing with a purpose, making quality and freshness a priority, tailoring designs to show the natural form of the flowers and the best part of the flowers being used, paying close attention to the details and proportionality, and, most importantly, designing with you, the client, and your story for your wedding in mind. Each client, venue, and wedding has a distinct personality and feel. At Flowers by Yona, we believe that your flowers and overall decor should complement that.

Things you’d write home to your Momma about: I am a Chapel Designer! I have studied floral design in Holland and Israel, and have an Advanced Dutch Floral Design Diploma from studying in Holland. Our weddings and styled shoots have been published in blogs and publications including Southern Weddings, Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, Celebration Society, Carats and Cake, Ruffled, 100 Layer Cake, Brides, and The Knot.

How I got into weddings: I first started working in the floral and events industry in Israel. I worked all different types of events…but there was always something very special about the energy of a wedding. Everyone is there to help the couple celebrate the most special day of their lives. Being part of that story and making that day memorable is what always made me want to do weddings. It’s such an honor to be chosen to play that role in a couple’s life and that feeling has never gone away!
Favorite part of a wedding day? Handing the bride her bouquet!
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? Choose a floral designer whose style matches yours, and get a planner so you can relax leading up to your wedding and on your wedding day.
