EastCoast Entertainment

With a full roster of bands, DJs, and musicians, East Coast represents some of the best talent on this side of the country and can help you find just-the-right musical talent to make sure your dance floor stays full all night long! They are a FABULOUS and super-professional option for wedding entertainment!

For over 40 years, ECE has provided unforgettable entertainment to thousands of brides and grooms. Because we are the largest, full-service entertainment agency in the country, our roster of bands, DJs, and musicians is as diverse as our client list.

We consider ourselves incredibly lucky that couples entrust us to help customize and enhance what is arguably one of the best days of their lives. We do not take that responsibility lightly. Music is powerfully emotional and has the ability to set the mood — from the ceremony prelude to the blowout party to the grand exit serenade. We love that the choice of music is a reflection of our clients and the type of experience they wish to give their guests. It is our pleasure to work hand-in-hand with couples to create a personalized soundtrack for all of their wedding events.

Our mission is to deliver top-notch, inspirational performances in a way that makes dreams come true. We call this the ECE Experience and it is our goal for every client. For us, our work is not finished until we receive that glowing email (or handwritten thank you note) on Monday morning raving about how no one wanted the party to end.

Favorite part of a wedding day? It’s a toss-up. I love that moment during the first dance when you watch the couple hold each other closely, sway to the music, and have little snippets of conversation throughout the dance. You don’t know what they are saying, but you can see the love and excitement (and, perhaps, a little relief) on their faces. It’s a very sweet moment where you can just tell they are getting lost in the melody and – to them – they are the only two people in the world. Equally as awesome is when that first party song is played that signals EVERYONE onto the dance floor. This is when memories get made, people!
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? Have fun! This is your day and, at the end of it, you will be standing beside the person who has just promised to love you for forever (as well as surrounded by your family and friends who HAVE loved you for forever). Something will not go according to planned — guaranteed (if not, I am pea green with envy). Roll with it and focus on the big picture. Relish in the fact that you are completely surrounded by love. After all, when will you ever have all of these people – representing all the different facets of your life – together again in one space?
Dream travel destination? As someone who suffers from chronic wanderlust, my travel destination list is quite expansive. Morocco, Costa Rica and Peru are currently at the top.
Favorite Southern city? Charleston, SC. The food is simply second to none. I could seriously have brunch at Poogan’s Porch every weekend for the rest of my life.
Early bird or night owl? Early bird!
Pie bar or red velvet cake? While I would never discriminate against any type of sweet, I am slightly more of a cake girl (especially when it is slathered in buttercream icing).
Pottery Barn or Anthropologie? Anthro. Hands down.
Succulents or peonies? Peonies. The bigger the better!
