Things you’d write home to your Momma about: Oh that’s a loaded question! I talk to my mom every week about new inventory, new systems, and all the exciting events and shoots that are coming up. She loves all the photos of the Mimi collection, named after her! Being nominated as one of the finalists for the Southern Weddings Pineys for Best of the South: Best Rentals and Decor was by far the biggest recognition we have received! We had the privilege of helping with the NC Governor Inaugural Ball & Chef Vivian Howard’s Deep Run Roots Book Launch! It’s fun to be featured on Style Me Pretty and many others, but happy clients are what it is all about to us!
Location/Coverage: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wilmington, the Triad, NC and beyond.
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? The genuine spirit of pure happiness and celebrating with family and friends. I must say, the large bridal parties make me smile too!
Favorite part of a wedding day? The father and daughter dance. Get the tissues! I honestly think handing out tissues before this should be on every planner’s timeline!
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? Dance in the kitchen, cook together, date nights, and make sure you have some sweet private jokes and pet names for each other.
