Even when you have the best intentions for spending meaningful, quality time with your spouse, let’s be honest: after a long day of work, it can be all too easy/tempting to crash on the couch and scroll through Instagram or turn on the TV. While neither of those things is bad from time to time, they don’t quite do your relationship any favors.
