Oh boy, it’s been a busy two weeks since Turkey Day!  So busy, in fact, that we’re just now getting around to posting the ten winners from our Thanksgiving “Thankful” post.  We’re thankful for so much here at Southern Weddings, and it’s always a treat to hear what are readers are thankful for.

So, without further ado, each of these ten lovely ladies will each be receiving a free copy of the new issue!  Now that’s something to be thankful for :)

Nothing says Christmas to my taste buds more than my grandfather’s famous Chocolate Gravy. Yes, chocolate gravy! He learned how to make it as a cook in World War II and my huge, Southern family eats it every year on Christmas morning as a special treat!

When I think of Southern holidays, I think of crawfish pie. I plan on serving that up for Christmas Eve dinner. Yum!

Being from Texas, my family makes a BBQ brisket for Christmas instead of a ham or a turkey. It puts a little southern twist on the holiday meal!!
