Besides Ginger’s wedding-day ensemble (let’s be honest — I have a bit of a girl crush on her), it was the reception arrangements that really caught my eye from this wedding.  I wouldn’t have thought to pair the brown-gold of magnolia leaves with deep pink roses, but it really works here, doesn’t it?  Big kudos to A Beautiful Event for all the florals.  The sugar-flower cake is by Nicki’s Cakes, the planning was by A Carolina Wedding, and the photography, of course, is by Kevin and Lauren Millard. Thanks so much for sending this gem our way!

    I love the jelly jar favors – a very nice personal touch (hope it’s a hot pepper jelly, to keep with the NC location).

Some of you may have seen me introduce Ginger as the prettiest bride ev-er on Twitter a few weeks ago, and I hope you can see now why I said what I said.  Love her veil, love her shoes, love her dress.  And her bouquet.  Oh, her bouquet.  Peonies and orchids and garden roses oh my, all by Wendy Wright of A Beautiful Event.  Stay tuned for Ginger + Jeff’s tented reception from KMI Photography!

    I love the programs..any suggestions on where do get similar ones or where those were from?

  11. avatar Southern Weddings reply

    Hi Ashley!Since Ginger’s programs were so traditional, I immediately went to Crane to see if they had something similar. They offer a DIY imprintable booklet in ecru with ribbons. It would be super easy to print a similar monogram on the front, and since it’s from Crane, you know the quality will be superb.http://www.crane.com/prdSellImprintable.aspx?name=PC7006_DoityourselfEcruImprintableProgramKitHope that helps!Emily @ Southern Weddings

Spring is around the corner and when the hats, scarves and gloves come off, we welcome warm weather by doning our flirty jewelry.

That in mind, I searched for some of the sweetest bridal adornments available on an array of my favorite e-tailers. Have a peak!

Second Row: One-of-a-kind reclaimed-lace adornments are charming and romantic accessories for the boho bride {via White Owl}
