Right now I can’t get "we need a little christmas" out of my head. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s my favorite, but it’s there now!
Andy Williams – It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year — because IT IS!! And it just isn’t Christmas until you hear this song!
My favorite holiday song is Joy to the World. I think during the holidays many people forget the reason for the season, and this song always makes me remember why we are celebrating Christmas! Happy Holidays!
All I want for Christmas – Ray Charles
I’m a sucker for duets so I’d have to say "Baby, It’s Cold Outside." Plus, as a Chicago native, I am really relating to it right now!
I’ve always loved Rocking Around the Christmas Tree but this year I’ve turned up Christmas Canon by Trans Siberian Orchestra every time it comes on since it reminds me of walking down the aisle in 9 months.
O’Holy Night… best Christmas song ever. Especailly by Nat King Cole!!!!
my fav xmas tune is jingle bell rock!!
Hands down my favorite holiday song is "Happy Christmas (War is Over)" by John Lennon. I don’t think that there could be any song that makes me feel so happy and inspired during the holidays. I get chills every time I hear it!
I don’t have any one favorite holiday song, but I adore Vince Guaraldi’s Charlie Brown Christmas CD.Such a classic!
My favorite Christmas song, is without a doubt – "I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas". This song is a rare gem! If you haven’t heard it before – check it out on you tube. You will never forget it! That song could put me in the Christmas spirit anytime of the year! It really does take you back to your childhood, when you could barely stand to wait until Christmas, to get that one gift you’ve been obsessing over!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtqIM_bPTws
"Santa Claus is Coming to Town" the Bruce Springsteen Version! :)It puts the biggest smile on my face!
My favorite Christmas song is Better Days by Goo Goo Dolls. It’s a wonderful song for the rest of the year but it has special meaning at Christmas and helps us to remember what Christmas is really about. Give it a listen and you’ll see what I mean :)
Christmas Angels – Michael W. Smith – I just downloaded this song last year…and it is great!
Baby it’s Cold Outside by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong. Hearing it sung in the movie Elf by Zooey Deschanel and Will Farrell is the best part of the movie.
Baby its Cold Outside. Hands down my favorite!
Baby It’s Cold Outside, I love love love that song.
I love Silent Night :) The harmony especially is beautiful.
I love the theme song from Christmas Vacation! It’s always one of the first Christmas movies we watch each year, and since it’s the first thing you hear in the movie, it’s one of the songs that really kicks off the season for me!
The Waitresses: Christmas Wrapping!
Either "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" by Jack Johnson or "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" by the Bruce… I can’t decide!
"You’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch" – Who can resist the urge to sing along to that one? My favorite part as a kid was: "The three words that best describe you, are, and I quote: "Stink. Stank. Stunk."
My favorite holiday song would be anything from the "love actually" movie. its the first movie I turn on when it starts to get cold… that and ‘elf’.
"Christmas Wrapping" by The Waitresses!
My favorite Christmas song is I’ll be Home for Christmas. I’ve always loved that song and especially now that I actually don’t live at home anymore!
Last Christmas!!

Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas–James Taylor.
Silent Night is the epitome of Christmas to me :)
"I’ll Be Home For Christmas"- Since moving away from home to attend college several years ago, it has been my favorite Holiday song. I used to sing in a choir and we always ended our show with that song.
My favorite is Silver Bells!
"Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer." I know its not very traditional, but I always remember how much it made me laugh when I was little and I always go back to those times when I hear it… :)
Last Christmas by Jimmy Eat World!!
My favorite is "I Want an Alien for Christmas" by Fountains of Wayne. I love to intersperse quirky unique Christmas songs with the classics, and my finacé was a little confused when it popped up on my iPod’s Christmas playlist the other day. I think deep down he also thinks it’s fun!
Hear the Bells!
I love them all, but I tend to play the fast ones more often. My favorite is "Sleigh Ride" :)
I absolutely love " A Wonderful Christmas Time" by Paul McCartney. Each time I hear it, I just have to bop my head and sing along…"simply having a wonderful Christmas time." You can’t be in a bad mood when you hear that song.
Amy Grant – Grownup Christmas List ! Your Heart melts every time you listen to the lyrics :)
"O Holy Night" is my all time favorite! I first heard it sung by an opera singer and feel in love with it. A couple of years ago, Target put out a Christmas CD and Kelly Clarkston blew me away singing that song.
I have two: O’ Holy Night is my more serious pick and the Grinch song is my lighter pick!
All I want for Christmas -Chipmunks!
I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas — It makes the traffic, the busy parking lots, and the long shopping lines melt away into a vision of peace and holy nights.
I have two: Better Day by Goo Goo Dolls or Hark the Herald Angels Sing.
I love Silent Night! It always puts me in the Christmas spirit.
Bing Crosby’s "O Holy Night". Years ago, my father sang this as a solo with the church choir behind him. He passed away 9 years ago, but every time I hear that song, I feel his presence.
Hands down it’s "I wanna Hippopotamus for Christmas"
Hark the Herald Angels Sing is my favorite Christmas song! I make it my special request at our Christmas Eve service every year.
I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas!
I absolutely positively ADORE the Carol of the Bells.
I’m partial to This Christmas! :-)
It would have to be Ray Charles "That Spirit of Christmas". I guess I love it so much because of the movie "National Lampoon’s Chrismas Vacation". The classic scene when Chevy Chase is sitting in the attic watching old movies. Love [email protected]
I just love "O Holy Night"……….it just sums it all up for me……..When I hear it, it gives me the chills, and reminds me of the reason for the season……….Wishing you all wonderful, holy holidays.
I love when the Chipmunks’ song comes on the radio! I know it is a little annoying, but it reminds me of when I was little and used to play it on my Fisher Price record player. I would turn it up to hi speed so the chipmunks sounded even more high pitched!
My favorite song would be by Harry Connick Jr. "Santa Claus, Oh Santa Claus, it must have been o’ Santa, Claus." Thats how it goes, not sure if that is the title :)
Mariah Carey’s version of "All I Want for Christmas is You" always gets me in the holiday mood!
Carol of the Bells is my favorite. It reminds me of two things 1) the movie Home Alone 2) christmas caroling with my friends when I was in high school
absolutely "it’s beginning to look a lot like christmas" and sleigh bells!!!
O Holy Night is by far my favorite Christmas song.
I’ll Be Home For Christmas! Christmas is definitely a time meant for family and friends.
I love Silent Night. When I hear it it always snaps me out of being hurried and rushed around this time of year.
"Santa Baby" because it puts a smile on everyone’s face!
My favorite Christmas song is, "the 12 day’s of Christmas", by Denisty’s Child! Thier spin on the 12 days of Christmas always gets me in a feel good holliday spirit mood. That song just makes me feel like spreading some Christmas cheer!
Alvin and the Chipmunks "Christmas Don’t Be Late" is definitely the one that has kept me singing for 22 years. :-)
I really like "Christmas in Dixie"! By Alabama:) It is a great southern Christmas song:)
