From Danielle at MIND|Castle: “Jeff + Julie each have 2 children from previous marriages and it was really important for them to coordinate their children into the wedding ceremony. The ceremony looked over the marina and it was a very intimate and family event. The children read poems and family members and friends sang songs and participated in the ceremony. Jeff + Julie each wrote their own vows and tears were flowing throughout. Jeff + Julie wanted their wedding to be an intimate dinner party and the wedding cordinator did a great job making it happen. They had a signature drink the “infinitini,” (8 turned sideways makes the infinity which became their logo), individual cakes flown in from San Fransisco from {Cakework}. They also incorporated the number 4 into their wedding: 4 stones in her engagement ring, 4 rings instead of 3, and 4 children. Julie didn’t want the flowers to by typical wedding flowers so she pinned flowers to her back instead of holding a bouquet and the centerpieces were each different and included vases with different white flowers. They also had pictures of them from their engagement session, family and friends scattered everywhere. “
Be sure to stop by shortly for Part III…
Many thanks to {MIND|Castle Studios} for sharing this gorgeous wedding with us. Julie + Jeff are such a warm and joyous couple and their event reflected that perfectly. A favorite detail: Julie did not carry a bouquet, instead she had flowers attached to the back of her dress (WOW!). Design and coordination by {Vows Wedding Planning and Design} on location at {The Woodmark Hotel}.
beautiful details, love the use of orange.
