Engaged? We Want to Hear From You!

by in Main on

Y’all might not know this, but I’m usually the first person called when a friend gets engaged (or experiences love at first sight – true story, y’all!). Not because I work for Southern Weddings (though that helps), but because I am always good for some full on jumping up and down excitement. There is just something about a proposal that makes me literally flip!

That being said, I want to hear from you lucky gals who have just gotten engaged! Over Christmas, on New Years Eve… ahh! Just thinking about all the squeal-worthy photos building in my inbox makes me giddy with excitement.

All you have to do is send me the first picture taken of you and your honey after he popped that fabulous little question with the subject “I’m Engaged!” No need for a formal shot, just you, your handsome beau, and that stunning sparkler will be perfect! We’ll be using submissions for a future post, so please only send us mail if you’d like to see your smiling face on the Southern Weddings blog!

Don’t worry if your email is filled with tons of exclamation marks, because my reply is sure to blow your exclamation mark record out of the water! (But who’s keeping count, anyway?)

P.S. Love these engagement photos? So do we! They’re all from past Facebook Friday features. FF is where we feature some of our favorite e-sessions exclusively on our Facebook Page for our fabulous readers to enjoy. If you’d like your photographer to submit your pro session, just check out the details right here!

Amanda Watson and Captured Photography by Jenny are both fabulous Blue Ribbon Vendors!
