Coming across cute Fab Finds is one of my favorite things. When I saw this week’s Fab Find, I immediate had visions of wedding guests donning their best and chatting with each other during cocktail hour on a lush green lawn while they sip on signature drinks. Crisp table linens would flutter in the light breeze. Perfect, right? You’ll see what I’m talking about, too, when I tell you about Paper Fancy’s new lucite serving trays.

Can’t you see a few signature cocktails be passed in these adorable trays? Or maybe you see them holding a cup of stirrers and some custom napkins while perched on the bar. Either way, we love it! The trays a new addition to Paper Fancy’s home collection and come in many pretty patterns and colors.

To Enter: Go to the Paper Fancy site and scroll through their collection of lucite trays. Tell us which pattern is your favorite in the comments below.

Win: A customized Paper Fancy lucite serving tray!

Southern Weddings Weekly Round-Up

by in Main on

Howdy, y’all! Thank you so much for bearing with us as we upgrade our site to bring you constant wedding-awesome! We’ve been busy bees producing content for you — we’re so excited! Let’s take a look at the round-up!

Emily’s Southern Spotting directed our eyes toward a gorgeous gardenia bouquet. The Southern bloom was paired with peonies. We think the result is lovely!

We’re brought a party to the blog with a fiesta-inspired color palette! This week’s sunset reds and gulf coast corals matched Emily’s Tex Mex inspiration board and makes us want to salsa all night long.

Even more fiesta flair showed up the blog with the Desiree Dawn inspiration shoot. The bright colors, latin infusions and tropical elements are a fresh take on South Florida wedding style.

August’s Southern Bride of the Month, Alissa, shared the details of her wedding planning and the super-cute story of her engagement to fiance Blake!

We took a trip down memory lane with this week’s featured Real Wedding Gallery. Ashley + Judd had a glamorous and impeccably styled wedding. See it all in their gallery!

This week’s Real Southern Wedding:

High school sweethearts, Meghan + Chris stole our hearts with family-made details, from the quilts to the cake. They even had some farm animals attend! See it here and here.

Don’t you love good news?

One of our awesome sponsors, Minted is now creating business cards! We think they’re perfect for handing out your information to numerous vendors as you plan your wedding. Minted is so excited about the launch that they’re giving away 25 free cards just for registering on their site!

We’re so for our friends at Ashley Brooke Designs, they just launched their pretty new shop! Hurry over and check things out–there’s free shipping if you act fast!

Now let’s end the Round-Up with an awesome photo from Kellie Kano. Way too much fun!

Happy weekend, y’all!

I’m crazy for Emily’s Tex Mex Fiesta inspiration board and so excited to show y’all my color palette picks. The sunset reds and Gulf Coast corals are a fun spin on the Tex Mex Fiestas of old and would be a great color palette for a welcome or rehearsal dinner. It reminds me of salsa dancing all night!

A. Rehydrate with a fizzy drink. We’re fans of Izze Esque Sparking Watermelon. Guests will love the taste and the fun glass bottle!

B. Dap your lips with Splendid by Smashbox and remember keep a tube in your clutch for refreshing after kisses!

C. A flirty top is a must-have! I love this rose print laser cut top from Asos.

D. We love these tassled napkins from Sur La Table. The color and subtle texture just scream festive fiesta!

E. Serve up some yummy tapas on this Anthropologie platter. They’ll add some color to your table without taking the spotlight away from the food.

F. Add a pop of color to your nails with Essie nail polish in Shop Til I Drop.

G. You can’t go wrong with an awesome pair of shoes. These fun Badgley Mischka heels will look festive as you dance the night away.

H. Add some sparkle to your right hand with this Aldo flower ring. It will look fabulous as you sip from your margarita and hug guests hello.

I. This flowing red and aptly named Havana Fresca skirt will look amazing on the dance floor as you salsa the night away.

J. Mexican bunting is perfect for a fiesta! Pair it with some string lights and you have the ideal ambiance.

K. Deck your lawn with this lawn chair. The pop of color and wrought iron design will invited guests to sit after dancing.

L. Cool down with these cute strawberry margarita pops! Cheers will abound over the bright red drinks-turned-popsicles.

M. Decorate your tables or send guests home with a beautiful succulent plant.

What do you think of our Fiesta picks?
