Spring Doins

by in Main on

One of my favorite things about last summer was checking items off of my Summer Doins list. From visiting the beach to catching fireflies, the list was such a fun reminder to enjoy everything summer in the South had to offer. I’m sure I speak for many of y’all as well when I say that I am ready for winter to end, so with the official start of spring just a few days away, welcome to Southern Weddings‘ Spring Doins!

We combined some of the simple things we’re excited to do this spring (like jumping in rain puddles and having picnics) with a few bucket list items we’d like to cross off (like attending a horse race or a rodeo) to compile this season’s list. We’ll be instagramming our adventures and using the hashtag #springdoin to keep track of how many we check off by June 21–we hope you’ll do the same so we can follow along!

Download your checklist here. (There is one page for color printers and another optimized for black and white printers.) If you’re not ready to download your checklist yet, right click the image below to view it larger.

We’re all so excited to get started! I think my first Spring Doin will be stomping in puddles, considering how rainy this week has been, but exploring a local botanical garden and picking strawberries (possibly for use in my favorite pie recipe) are high on my list as well! What will you start with?
