Southern Weddings

One of my favorite things to discover is a fabulous wedding by a fabulous photographer.  But, even better than that–the cherry on top–is finding a fabulous wedding shot by TWO fantastic photographers!  With the ability to cover more of your wedding and from different artistic perspectives, having a team or couple photograph your big day can be a great advantage.  Kelli + Nick’s wedding, shot by {Brooke Schwab} AND {Laura Kay} is rich with lovely details.  Be sure to take a look at both Brooke and Laura’s blogs for the rest of this beautiful celebration.  How fun are those shoes!? Congratulations Kelli + Nick!  Thank you for sharing these images with us, Brooke and Laura!  Enjoy~

Have fantastic wedding details you think we would love?  Details Features can come from weddings in any part of the world.  Simply email 2-10 detail shots (bouquets, tables, decor, etc) to submissions at swsmag dot com along with your blog/web address and any vendor info you have.  Please send web-ready images only, no high-res files.   For Real Wedding Submissions, see our FAQ.

You have to click over to {Heartistic Photo’s Blog} to see the rest of this fun wedding.  The cakes are FABULOUS!  Not to mention they have the most unique getaway car I’ve ever seen.  Enjoy these fun details from Melissa + Josh’s one-of-a-kind big day…

What an amazing week we are having with {Elizabeth Anne Designs}!  Wouldn’t you love to be invited to this wedding!?

Inspired by the emerald greens and blood reds used in Gone With the Wind.  Choose a dark and mysterious location, add some velvet and gold, mix with the family silver and you have the recipe for a true southern gothic wedding!

Top Row:  Junk Drawer, Rebekah Westover, Samantha Sultana; Middle Row: Laura Hooper, Nibs Blog, Little White Book; Bottom Row: Brides Cafe, Tony Duquette, Toasts and Tables
