Cover Finalist :: Anna Kim

by in Inspirations, Main on

Only a few more cover finalists to go now, but hasn’t it been so neat seeing the different directions photographers took with the same inspiration? Even though Anna Kim is based in Hawaii (which I suppose could be considered Southern…?), she produced a beautiful, Southern Weddings-perfect shoot that we’re thrilled to show off today. Check out all the loveliness in the gallery!

    Oh wow. This really caught my eye! I think it was the bouquet at first, and then I looked closer… I loved the colours. And the couple look great together!

Cover Finalist :: Mandy and Me

by in Main on

One of the first photography studios to turn in their cover images was Mandy and Me, and when we saw their work, we breathed a sigh of relief: we were definitely on the right track! It was a little scary, you know, trusting our cover to shoots we had very little involvement with, directed by photographers we had, in some cases, never worked with before. Mandy and Co. hit the nail right on the head, however, with their fun, carefree shoot in the perfect shades of orange and blue. Be sure to check out the rest of the images in the gallery!

Cover Finalist :: J Malahy

Talk about finding the perfect spot for a V3 cover shoot: the aqua banisters and cupola at the location photographer Josh Malahy and designer Christopher Confero picked for their cover shoot couldn’t have been more in tune with our preferred color palette! The rest of the shoot unfolded just as beautifully from there. Enjoy the peek below, and make sure to check out the gallery for ALL of the seriously gorgeous images!

A final treat? This seriously gorgeous video of the shoot, courtesy of Holloway Productions. Thanks so much for sending this over, Lance!
