Back in January (which seems like ages ago!), we came up with a few words to guide us through what we knew would be a busy year in our office. “Be refreshed” were a few of those words, and this instruction has found a place on our office tending list ever since. Especially during a season of deadlines, taking action, and pushing ourselves as much as we can creatively, it’s SO important to occasionally step away, get out in the fresh air, and take a break, in order to come back rested and re-inspired. Planning a wedding can bring on those exact same challenges, so this weekend, we encourage you to take a little breather! If timelines and tablescapes have your head spinning, take just an hour to go for a bike ride with your fiancé, or spend the afternoon at the pool with your BFF. We guarantee that taking the time to be refreshed will mean returning to wedding planning with a more joyful heart!
