Southern Weddings

It has been an exciting week around these parts, especially since we are knee-deep in V6 shoot season! We cannot wait to show y’all the gorgeous things we’ve been working on, but in the meantime, we’ve had so many pretty weddings and fun posts on the blog this week!

Summer is flying by, but we’re determined to enjoy our summers in the South as much as we can before the leaves change. To serve as both an inspiration and a little challenge, we created a list of 31 #summerdoins to try to complete by the first day of fall. I’ve checked off 17 so far–how about you?

One of the first things the SW team asked me to do on my first day of work was to think about what “my South” is. Lara shared her South and why she loves it here on the blog this week, and would love for y’all to do the same! (P.S. Koli and Dylan’s family-focused barn wedding touched all of our hearts. Isn’t this picture of Koli and her parents the sweetest? See it all here.

The flowers in particular caught my eye at Carol and Scott’s wedding, but even more so, I love the little ways they incorporated details from their families. See it here.
