Southern Weddings

Though most of the sartorial attention on the wedding day goes to the bride, we’ve featured some pretty snazzy grooms, groomsmen, and even guests in our online pages. Here’s a look at a few of our most debonair dudes from 2011.

A groom in military garb is always sharp (photo by Braedon Flynn; originally seen here). We love Nate’s more casual khaki suit and striped tie combo, too (photo by Brooke Images; originally seen here).

Tres’ pink bow tie and cotton boutonniere pairing is truly Southern (photo by Armosa Studios; originally seen here).

A pair of ring bearers shines in preppy attire (photo by Jubilee Photography; originally seen here), while this groom opts for a more casual gingham shirt (photo by Something Pretty; originally seen here).

A manly monogrammed cuff (photo by Ali Harper; originally seen here).

A Southern staple: the seersucker suit (photo by Kim Box; originally seen here).

A classic and debonair tuxedo (photo by Tina Bass; originally seen here) and a boyish bow tie and suspenders look (photo by Susan Dean; originally seen here).

Gingham shirts and oversize belt buckles (photo by Our Labor of Love; originally seen here).

Southern grooms sure have style! My favorite looks are anything including gingham, cotton boutonnieres, or bow ties.
