It’s Monday, which means it’s time for an update on our Heifer fund! To recap, we’re trying to raise $1,500 between now and Christmas to purchase a “Joy to the World” package: two sheep, four goats, a heifer, and two llamas.
To date, we’ve raised $155! That’s double what we had last week at this time, but we still have a LONG way to go to reach $1,500. Every little bit counts, so if you can donate even $5, we would so appreciate it. We KNOW we can do it, but only if everyone contributes just a little bit!
Vendors, remember: For any ad (print or online) that is purchased before Christmas, 5% will go straight to our Heifer fund! If you’ve been on the fence, now is a great time to start your business off right in the new year, and give back at the same time! Shoot Whitney an email for all the details. It is most definitely NOT to early to reserve your spot in our next print edition!
