Google+ Southern Spotting :: Forsyth Park Ceremony - Southern Weddings

Southern Weddings

I would argue that there are few locations in the South as instantly recognizable and iconic as Savannah’s Forysth Park. So when I saw this gorgeous ceremony, photographed by husband-and-wife pair Scobey Photography, I knew I had to share!

Those oaks! That moss!! To see more from Nina + Joe’s Savannah wedding, check out the Scobey’s blog post here! And tell me: there’s got to be SOME reader out there who’s either getting married at or has been to a ceremony in Forsyth Park. Let me know in the comments!

I’m looking at a verrry small wedding there next spring. Any suggestions? Anyone have a good wedding planner, etc? Not sure I need one for such a small venue, would need to make it worth their while.

Jeanie: The planner for this particular wedding was Bonnie at First City Events. She did a really wonderful job and was a JOY to work with. Hope this helps :)
