Now here’s what we’ve really all been waiting for: the reception details! Even though this isn’t a real wedding, there’s so much inspiration here just waiting to be reinvented by an ambitious and thrifty couple. Like the centerpieces: if you’re willing to spend the hours scouring flea markets or eBay, it’s easy to score inexpensive and personality-filled props to complement more traditional floral arrangements. Old books stacked under vases vary the height of the table, and cut glass is easy to come by but adds lovely sparkle to a tablescape. And that ruffly tablecloth! Amazing! Keeping the rest of the linens simple and using an embellished cloth for the head table would be a great money-saver without sacrificing style. Thanks again to Jessica Claire for the inspiration!
We’ve got one last look coming up for you later this afternoon, but in the meantime, a few more of the fabulous vendors who pulled this shoot together!
