Southern Weddings

Hey y’all!  Here’s a quick Monday update for you… we’ve had a really busy week and Chapel Hill (where our office is) is all abuzz with yesterday’s win. (GO HEELS!)  Lara  has been gone for a week now and is still travelling (flying to Los Angeles as I type this).  She told us all about her amazing time in Atlanta meeting the teams at Bridalbar Atlanta and Studiowed.  Blog post coming soon from that.  Lara spent the last four days in Austin TX too… I know she cant wait to come home!  Just a couple quick updates for you…

{PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com} has launched a new accessories section on their already fabulous website.  Not only can you find terrific pre-owned dresses from designers like Lazaro, now you can load up on all the must-haves to match the dress. Shoes, veils, purses, jewelry, sashes, wraps, tiaras and more are all at your fingertips.  Check out {PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com}

{Eventology 2009} is next week! Our friend, Katasha Butler of {K Sherrie and Company} has created an amazing wedding intensive business conference designed especially for wedding planners.  {Eventology} will focus on major topics all wedding planners can learn from: Closing the Deal: Sales in the Wedding Industry, Meeting and Exceeding Your Clients Expectations, Marketing Your Wedding Business in Today’s Society.  With speakers like Terrica Skaggs from {Fabuluxe Inc.}, Liene Stevens of {Blue Orchid Designs} and Saundra Hadley of {Planning…Forever Events}, it will be a wonderfully informative time to learn from the best in the industry.  It all takes place in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 7th – April 8th.  Our Editor, Lara Casey, will be attending. Look out for all her updates at the conference through her {Twitter}. To learn more check out the Eventology {Blog}.

Have a great week, y’all!
