As per the table decorations. Why not use various sizes of bowls with crystal cut style look. Use a large ones as a center pieces filled with flowers. Yet use matching smaller ones as salad dishes. Or fill with party favors for everyone to take something home.

For Carrie’s evening wedding, the event would be held at 620 Loft and Garden on the top of Rockefeller Plaza. Invitations, place cards, and all paper products would be from Hello! Lucky designs. These letterpress items would feature a peacock feather motif and copperplate type. Overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the outdoor garden is well manicured and is accompanied by a lovely white interior space. Inside the space there would be lots of golden yellow lighting. The primary colors for the décor are aubergine, teal, and peacock green. The head table would be covered in a lush purple feather cloth over a patina-green lamour from BBJ linens. Other guest tables would have Eggplant lamour cloths. Centerpieces would be antique birdcages filled with pillar candles and accented with teal and canary-hued florals. Accents of polished and patina-covered copper would appear in the china and additional candleholders around the room. Sheer copper-hued fabric would be draped around the windows and finished with jewel-toned crystal bead tie-backs. There would be large, clear glass bulbs strung across the doorway to the garden. Outside would be copper lanterns decorated with jewel-toned crystals. There will be tented seating areas featuring the jewel colors. Seating consists of banquettes covered in pillows. These pillows will be both solid in color with copper cording and printed in a Moroccan style. The tables in these areas would be dark mahogany and mirror topped. To decorate said tables, there will be clusters of richly hued pillar candles giving off a soft glow. For entertainment there will be an orchestra playing big-band music. Carrie will wear a platinum Jenny Lee gown and teal Manolo’s. She would not wear a necklace, but would wear diamond earrings in the shape of a flower. Her hair is up in an oversized bun accented with a gray feather. Charlotte, Miranda, and Samantha will wear a dress of their choice in a jewel tone. The flowers for the bouquet would all be in shades of deep purple and blue (hellebores, clematis, gladiolus, forget-me-nots, sweet peas, and violets). Her round bouquet would be tied with teal ribbon. The guests will dine on French cusine (Muscles, Coq Au Vin, Steak au poivre) and drink wine. Other bar-options will include bellinis, martinis, and a signature fresh blackberry gin fizz. The Italian cream cake will be covered in ivory butter cream. The cake will be accented with copper wire curls strung with aubergine, teal, and peacock green crystals. There will be an open bar, culminating with a champagne toast in the garden at midnight. Carrie and Big will make their get-away in Big’s famous Town Car. Guests will receive books of well-known love poems as favors, stuffed with a sterling silver bookmark.

Two words to describe the Carries wedding would be simple yet elegant. Carrie would be married on a warm summer evening in New York City, possibly at Plaza Hotel. Surrounded by only her dearest friends and closest family. Carrie would want her girls to be beautiful and relaxed in their attire they would get to choose anything from Chanel. The sweet and intimate ceremony would be followed by a dinner by candlelight. The table décor would just be simple and beautiful candles. The main color of the event would have to be Royal blue to match her perfect shoes by Manolo Blahnik, but of course a girl can’t go with out pink! She would splash on the very smooth and creamy Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf. Everything she would need for the special event would fit perfectly into He Miu Miu Matelasse luxe hobo in dusty rose. The sounds that would accompany them would be Michael Buble, his romantic sound would be perfect for this chic and sophisticated night. Cosmopolitans would be complemented French cuisine and the night would finish with champagne and a delicate but tasty cupcake. To remember this forever they would give their guests a bottle of bubbly with bottle designed by them personally. That is how Carrie and Big would live happily ever after.

Carrie Bradshaw’s wedding would not be planned by a wedding consultant.I’m sure her apartment is never seen the cover of any bride-to-be manual. Her wedding day would evolve out of daily inspiration, just like her editorials. Carrie would wake up one morning clueless about the day ahead of her. After a breakfast of day old Chinese food, the phone rings and it’s Samantha. She’s ranting and raving about her discovery of some new club on the upper East side. Charlotte rings in with some unrecognizable chatter regarding museum interns who don’t know how to use a level to hang paintings. After all that "girl talk", Carrie remembers that she’s meeting Miranda for lunch in Central Park. While waiting at a bench by the statue of the Dancing Maidens, Big shows up. He sits as they make fun of an older couple being married by what looks to be a judge. Playfully, Carrie asks Big what his dream wedding would be, since he’s had so much practice. Big admits that he never thought about it.He never thinks ahead about romantic things he tells her. As the bride and groom at the statue kiss, Big grabs Carrie’s hand and walks over to the judge. Next thing Carrie knows, she’s saying "I do" in Central Park.Big’s laying a big one on her when Samantha walks up, late and cranky. She’s pregnant. No bridesmaids, no favors. Just a beautiful view of Central Park in the Fall. Some tourists stop to take the only snapshots they have to remember the day. But they speak no English so Carrie and Big are left with no photos.

If I were designing Carrie’s wedding, the theme would be "I Love New York". Carrie is such a big fan of New York that her favorite city in the world has to be represented at the reception with beautiful black and white pics of New York framed on the walls (Time Square, Lady Liberty, and Central Park would be among the famous New York cites pictured). And Carrie would have wedding favors like little crystal empire state buildings or red apple candles. Because Carrie is such a chic city gal, I see her wedding colors being crisp, elegant black and white along with big apple red and touches of sassy sex and the city pink! Since Carrie is such a fashionista, the bridesmaids dresses have to be classic little black dresses — a sweet, full skirted one for Charlotte, a tight, slinky one for Samantha, and a stand out black dress with roses on it for Miranda because she would be the maid of honor. All the girls would probably wear a red apple necklace (like the one Carrie wore in an episode of sex and the city) which Carrie would give to them as a thank you for being part of the wedding party. I see Carrie in a gorgeous black and white wedding dress like the gown Audrey Hepburn wore in Sabrina and of course Carrie’s fave Manolo Blahniks in black to match. She should have a touch of color to her veil though by attaching it to a lovely vintage black hat with pink flowers and feathers. Since Carrie is marrying Mr. Big you know she’s gonna get a huge rock from him for her engagement ring! To match the bling on her hand Carrie will probably want a gorgeous necklace, maybe like the big beautiful pearl and diamond necklace that Audrey Hepburn wore in Breakfast at Tiffanys — A sure favorite movie of Carrie’s since its set in New York and the fashion is fab! The flowers of course will be very chic red and black with some sort of bling like the centerpeices made by The Flower Girl. And Carrie’s invitations would probably be something like Joceybella’s elegant black and white dahlia invitations. The cake would probably be in black and a light pink with a floral sort of design on it to match the invitations. The tables would be covered in black and white fabric with beautiful black and white china and there would be red chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The whole thing would take place somewhere ritzy and very New York like the Plaza and it would be an event to remember!
