From the very beginning, forming a bond with my clients is something that is of extreme importance to me. I like to call this the client and photographer chemistry! My client involvement allows me to be 100% certain that we are on the same page, so that on my clients’ wedding day, the only thing they have to think about is getting married and eating wedding cake! I strive to deliver the best wedding experience imaginable. I specialize in natural light photography. This has given my business its own unique style with light, airy, and romantic images. Truly timeless!

How I got into weddings: I studied Fine Art Photography in college. After graduating, I moved to Austin to work as a studio manager for a wedding photographer in the area. Shortly after I shot my first wedding, I was hooked! I’ve always had an undying passion for creating artwork and telling stories through images. This is why I have found ultimate peace in shooting weddings. I love taking different couples’ details, emotions, and unique wedding style and documenting the day in a way that best tells the story of them.
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? There are so many different things that I absolutely love about Southern weddings, but for starters I love the Southern hospitality that surrounds you and makes you instantly feel right at home!
Favorite part of a wedding day? This changes with each wedding I shoot, because over time I’ve found that my favorite part of a wedding day is the emotional moments that are special to that particular couple. For some this could mean the first dance or when the bride first puts on her dress.
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? The greatest piece of advice I can give you is to make sure you are enjoying every moment of your wedding day. This means so many different things, but in summary, make sure you hire vendors that you wholeheartedly trust. I also cannot stress enough the importance of hiring a planner! Do it! All of your vendors want you to be relaxed and focused on your special day because it flies by and each moment matters.
Dream travel destination? Anywhere in Europe, or, better yet, anywhere on the coast of Italy. Oh, and Ireland, please!
Favorite Southern city? Austin
Early bird or night owl? Early birdie!
Pie bar or red velvet cake? Both? Can I say both? I really just love anything and everything involving dessert!
Pottery Barn or Anthropologie? Anthro, all the way!
Succulents or peonies? Peonies, please!
