Name(s): Faith Teasley
Where you call home: Fayetteville, North Carolina
Location/Coverage: I photograph all over North Carolina and am available for travel worldwide.
Things you’d write home to your Momma about: I am honored to have my work featured in Southern Weddings Magazine V5, in addition to various wedding blogs including Style Me Pretty and Rustic Wedding Chic.
How I got into weddings: A friend asked me to photograph her wedding, and I was hooked! The genuine, heartfelt moments of a wedding day are my absolute favorite to photograph, as well as the details that make every wedding unique. I love capturing the story of not only the wedding day, but of the couple as well.
Favorite thing about weddings in the South? Everything! From the heart and soul to the sweet tea… I love it all!
Favorite part of a wedding day? I love when the groom first sees the bride, either during a “first look” together or when the bride walks down the aisle. It’s such a beautiful, priceless moment!
Best piece of advice you can give to brides and grooms? Enjoy every single second. Your wedding day will go by fast, so be sure to take time to soak up every moment!
Dream travel destination? Anywhere tropical definitely tops the list, but I truly love traveling just about anywhere!
Favorite Southern city? Ah, I have so many! I adore small, coastal towns. Southport, North Carolina is one of my favorites.
Early bird or night owl? Night owl, although I would love to be an early bird!
Pie bar or red velvet cake? Red velvet for sure… but I would be happy with both!
Pottery Barn or Anthropologie? Anthropologie
Succulents or peonies? I love the colors and unique shapes of succulents! So pretty!
