In the spirit of celebration, we thought we’d introduce a few more of our lovely sponsors.  For those readers in the midst of intense wedding planning, we can’t recommend looking at our featured vendors highly or often enough.  We believe in what they do and know you (and they!) would be lucky to team up to create a beautiful wedding day.  Be sure to take a look at the “Previously” section, below, for even more reviews!

We truly can’t say enough good things about David Murray Weddings.  David and his staff’s talent for capturing editorial details as well as the tender, emotional, hilarious, and beautiful moments in a wedding day is beyond impressive.  The word “timeless” comes to mind.  They shoot mainly in Atlanta, Boston, and Kennebunkport, but would be delighted to travel for your big day.  Be sure to check out more of their work on their site here and their blog here!

Completely baffled by the photographer search process?  We hear ya.  Enter Cake & Pictures.  Their site features wedding photography guides for 50 US cities, as well as several international locations.  They’ve done a great job curating their lists, meaning you’ll be sure to find someone that will make you smile on your wedding day.  And since you’ll likely be asked to smile quite often, that’s definitely a good thing! Check out their site here and their blog here.

Studio by Carmen’s crisp, saturated images will appeal to many of our modern brides, I have no doubt.  Carmen and her husband work as a team, crafting photographs that reflect your personality and their love for their work.  Our more adventurous readers should make sure to check out their “boudoir marathons,” too.  You can check out more of their photos on their site here and blog here!

Bottle Your Brand offers eleven different sizes of labels to choose from, and all are customizable!  Their seamless system makes checking out super simple, and, if you use code FREESHIP, shipping is free (duh)!  We think their range of label styles, from preppy to classic to funky, offers something for every Southern bride.  Check out their site here and their blog here!

From the minute Katherine joined the SW sponsor family, she won us over with her sweet personality, quick email response time, and fun branding.  We’re sure all Katherine Miller Events brides feel the same way!  Katherine is an ace at navigating the Charleston wedding market, infusing every event with charming details, fresh ideas, and plenty of style.  Check out her site here and recent weddings here!

Another huge thank you to all of our advertisers!  Happy Friday, readers!

To start your weekend off right, we thought we’d introduce a few more of our lovely sponsors.

Sakura is Japanese for cherry blossom, and the bloom’s delicate, whimsical, and mesmerizing qualities are what Sakura Photo’s Lee aims to capture in her images.  Lee is based in Dallas and Miami, but would be delighted to travel to document your wedding or engagement.  You can check out recent work on her blog here or her website here!

With the plethora of calligraphers to choose from these days, it’s still easy to instantly recognize Laura Hooper’s precise, girlish script.  Perhaps best known for her often-imititated, never-duplicated whimsical custom maps, she’d also be happy to work with you on an invitation or a tote.  You can check out her three tiers of styles here and her blog here!

I was thrilled when I first stumbled across Wedding Paper Divas, because it was the first time I felt like there were gorgeous paper options available that didn’t require your first born and your left arm in payment.  Whether your style is modern or traditional, whether you’re looking for wedding invitations, bridal shower invitations, save the date postcards (so cute!), programs, or menus, you’ll find something to love on their site.  Bonus!  They also offer free proofs and free returns.  Check out Wedding Paper Divas’ website and their blog, too

I’m pretty much in awe of what Kristy Rice can create with a simple paint brush.  The images below show the fullness of her talent: from watercolor-from-life to finished invitation, she can do it all.  Kristy and the girls at Momental Designs love working up something custom for their couples, or you can choose from their wide variety of established designs.  Also, it should be noted, Kristy is one of the loveliest people you’ll have the pleasure of meeting in the wedding industry.  You can check out her site here, her blog here, her current projects here, and her Twitter here!

Asheville Event Co is a full service event planning and consulting company based in (you guessed it!) Asheville, NC.  Possibly because they live in one of the most beautiful areas around, they’re dedicated to promoting green practices in their work.  Becca and Melissa are also extremely well networked — when we needed a bouquet stat for an Asheville photo shoot last month, they immediately knew where to send us!  You can check out more of their work on their site here and their blog here.

Another huge thank you to all of our advertisers!  Happy Friday, lovely readers!

The colors in the top 3 images look so dynamic all together (beach, cherry blossom, ring/flower shot). Great photos with colors that pop!

I love Kristy Rice’s artwork – it is stunning…I also agree about Wedding Paper Divas, they have some great invitations and stationery. You can easily spend hundreds of dollars or more on stationery, but with WPD you can still find something you like without spending your whole wedding budget!

Well, that about wraps up another week, ladies and gents!  To cap things off, we wanted to take a moment and introduce you to a few of our sponsors.  We couldn’t do what we do without them, and even more than that, we really believe in their work and want to share it with you.  We hope you’ll take a moment to visit their sites, say hello, and send them a little SW love!

First we have Wedding Window.  Wedding Window, as I’m sure most of you know, is a purveyor of fabulous, customized wedding websites.  Their super-nice team recently launched several new features, giving couples even more options when piecing together their sites.  Our favorite is the ability to replace the “theme” images on every single page by uploading images of your choice.  See more here!

Happily Ever AfterWords is one of our favorite sponsors because their product captures so much of what a wedding is about: the love of the family and friends that surround you on W-day, and that will be a part of your life in the years to come.  From their site: “The keepsake box contains cards and envelopes labeled with the anniversary years 1 through 50.  Given to friends and loved ones at any event surrounding the wedding ceremony, each piece of this fine stationery becomes a place for their thoughts — preserving a special written message to be kept in the box and read by a couple on the anniversary year indicated.”  I don’t know about y’all, but I LOVE this idea!  It kind of makes me tear up just thinking about opening one of these cards on my 50th wedding anniversary…  See more here!

Next, we have a trio of fabulous photographers.  Caroline Nicole is based in Melbourne, Florida.  She’s great at capturing natural moments as they unfold, and man, do her colors pop!  Check out her site here and her blog here.

David and Alana, the husband and wife team behind ABJ Photography, are two of the nicest people you’ll meet.  I love that they are committed to documenting the entire wedding day, from the ladies getting ready until the last sparkler is extinguished (no limited packages for them!).  I also love that they shoot every wedding together.  A built in “second shooter” — what could be better?  They’re based in Atlanta, and I think their work speaks for itself.  You can check out their site here and their blog here!

Besides having an awesome name (Vanderwall?  Yes, please!), Evan Vanderwall is a great photographer.  His background in fashion photography results in stunning, interesting, and in-the-moment images from every wedding he shoots.  Evan is based in Dallas but would be happy (thrilled, really!) to travel the world to document your big day.  You can check out his site here and his blog here!  P.S. I love this recent beach cruiser session he posted.  Adorable!

One more huge thanks to all of our sponsors!  Vendors, if you’re interested in getting in on the game, please feel free to email Katharine for a new media kit.  She responds well to candy.
