Our first anniversary came in the midst of a cross-country move and complete chaos. While it would have been easier to stay home, unpack boxes, and not really celebrate, we believe every milestone, big OR small, is reason to. So, we found a beautiful lakeside resort in our new home state and spent a long weekend exploring our surroundings, relaxing, and celebrating love. This time away together set us up for an amazing year ahead and came when we needed it most.
