We’ve long been fans of Appy Couple and the many ways they make organizing your wedding easy and stylish. And today, we’re excited to introduce you to their brand new Southern Design Collection!

Not familiar with Appy Couple? You’re in for a treat! Appy Couple is the private, social, and very, very easy way to create and publish your own mobile wedding app and website. A one-time fee gives you the entire suite, with unlimited everything (photo uploads, guests, stories, events) – and app downloads are always free for your guests!

I like that Appy Couple works to make your life easier during wedding planning, a period when “free time” is at a premium. Since your wedding website, RSVPs, registries, and photos can all be in one place with the same beautiful design, you don’t need to spend previous time setting up and managing different products.

When you set up your app, a coordinating wedding website is automatically created at the same time, meaning Appy Couple is beautiful on every device: iPhone, iPad, Android, and web. And, there’s no need to learn coding to work this magic – setting up Appy is easy with a drag and drop interface, no technical skills required. It’s as easy as falling in love :)

Privacy is a snap with Appy Couple – you can update privacy settings and share content and surprises on your schedule. If some events are for more select groups (bachelorette party, bridal shower, welcome dinner), you can easily ensure only invited guests have access to the details.

As a final really fun feature, you can choose from over 300 designs for your wedding app and website — and the designs are really, truly good looking! Don’t see something you love? Appy’s design team can work with you to create a totally custom design.

Oh, a custom suite sounds good? You’re in luck! The kind folks at Appy are offering up the chance to win a free custom Appy Couple design! The winner will work with Appy’s design team to create a completely custom design for her wedding app and website. To enter, visit their design page then pin your favorite design using the hashtag #appycustom.

Ready to get started? Appy Couple is offering a discount to all SW readers! Just enter the promo code APPY10SW at checkout to save 10% off your account.

Thanks, Appy Couple!!

Fun recipes and cocktails were the first thing to draw me to Leah Bergman’s colorful blog, Freutcake, but I must admit, my favorite post of hers was one called “Marriage, Friendship & Love Tanks.” Her reflections following her first year of marriage were so thoughtful and practical, and we were delighted to share some of her advice in V6!

If there is something small I can do to make my husband’s day better, I try to achieve it, and he does the same for me. Will taking out the trash or running an errand without being asked make your spouse’s day easier? Why not focus on one small thing each day to make your husband or wife’s day a bit brighter? I find that this small practice makes for a happy marriage…plus, you’ll never be left with a stinky trash can. How bad can that be?

How gorgeous were this week’s real weddings?

The only thing more romantic than Katie and Mark‘s wedding (above) was their sweet love story.

We loved the combination of rustic wood details and soft white blooms at Alex and Eric‘s winter wedding.

Have a wonderful weekend! It’s supposed to hit 78 degrees in Chapel Hill tomorrow, so we’ll hopefully be checking off a few more spring doins!
