Southern Weddings Weekly Round-Up

by in Main on

This week has been a little crazy (the good kind). We’re in full blown V5 print prep, we’ve welcomed Mrs. Thomas back from the North and stores are starting to sell candy corn. It’s a good time. If you haven’t heard, V5 is officially going to be the biggest issue we’ve ever produced — both in terms of page count and circulation. Yahoo!! That means it’s time to celebrate, y’all. Save the date!

Our Honey List is gaining a North Carolina treasure. Lara’s trip to the Umstead Hotel and Spa left us craving a mini getaway.

When it comes to monograms, we’re full of nothing but good feelings. However, we know how confusing monogram etiquette can be! Thankfully, Emily from Emma J Design gave us some advice.

Of course, once we knew all about monogram etiquette, we had to do a round-up of our favorite lettered things!

Real Weddings are lovely

Lindsay + Jonathan’s Texas wedding boasted monograms and fun details in sweet pastels. See it here.

Liz + Josh’ springy mountain wedding was both rustic and bright. We love their peachy details and fun signage. See it here.

Kelly + Will’s colorful wedding was not only adorable, but included their sweet pug baby, Rosie! See it here.

The biggest hugs go out to the belles and beaus tying the knot this weekend, including our Southern Bride Blogger, Stephanie Marie! Congratulations, y’all!

Have an amazing weekend!

Your second sentence about your busyness cracked me up-because of the candy corn part! That pink cake is gorgeous!

Love the bouquet – the colors are stunning!
