Welcome back to another spectacular Wanwisa Wednesday!
I was blown away by, hot New York eatery, Momofuko Milk Bar’s unfinished dolce de leche cake. The cake, featuring a touch of fresh wildflower, exudes an above-and-beyond effortless chic. It seems as if the pastry chef is coolly aware of his/her talent that there’s no need for fondant nor a lick of frosting – no need for icing here, a culinary masterpiece doesn’t need all the pomp and pageantry that other cakes may need.
Bold but so effortless with just the right touch of bohemian flair of wildflower here and there, the cake inspired me to put together a look that’s laid-back but sumptuous – an inspiration board that is all about Bohemian luxury, a style perfect for the bride that is a bit romantic, a little casual and very in vogue. That cake is gorgeous! The inspiration board is lovelly and fits together so well. I think if I were to get married again this would be right up my alley!
I gotta tell you ladies, I’m loving Wanwisa Wednesdays! There is always SOMETHING I fall in love with. That naked cake is amazing and I want a bite…or five right now.
I think I’m going to have my girls get that dress. I’m kind of obsessed with it, so different and a great price!
